I love this platform and how much it can do for social media management and social listening while investing a much smaller amount of time than before. Agorapulse makes it easy to set up a publishing calendar and is compatible with all social channels used within the organization. I love that I can easily access the application from the web or through my mobile device and how optimally it works on both platforms; moreover, it is a breeze to create, schedule and publish marketing content across all accounts. Something I would also like to highlight about Agorapulse is the quality of their support; every time I have had a problem, we have interacted; they are very efficient and, above all, responsive to the user. Although it is a bit expensive software compared to others, it is worth it; so far, I have been able to do an excellent job through the use of Agorapulse; it has helped me save time that I can devote to other tasks. We love the ability to automate all management concerning social networks with which the Agorapulse platform has; We can implement any control of any social network from one place, either Facebook or Instagram, among others. All the tools that this platform has made it a very viable option for any company, whether small, medium or large, because it has different packages, and the cost of your full license is quite digestible if you take into account the number of operations that can end up automating within the organization and with absolute reliability to end up having excellent results. We consider that one of the best tools available is when the client is allowed to see how any publication would look like before it is made and is given the option to click on the "accept" button to enter immediately and automatically in the official publication process or click on the "reject" button opening a window so that the client can write their requirements and publish them on the platform so that our support team can come and look for an immediate solution to the client's requirements. It has robust tools in the management of social networks, which have different functionalities, and the customer support must be a little more attentive to the inconveniences that users are presenting regarding the use of these functions so that they can provide training and can take advantage of each tool at 100%. It is not a dislike only a suggestion, but it would be beneficial if the support creates a session in the interface with training videos of the tools considered more complicated to learn to use.
