**What do you like best about Agilence?**

The Agilence team is very knowledgeable about data structure, and their application is designed to get the most out of any data you can send.  The integrations were seamless and they were able to map most data on their own.  

The system/UI itself is user friendly.  While they are able to adapt it to your data, the core functionality of the system is standardized which allows them to provide immediate access to your data.  Any member of their support team is able to quickly assist with troubleshooting, building your next big report, or sharing best practices from their experience to maximize the use of the system.

The application offers the ability to query or report off your data, set up alerts, or build dashboards.  The response time is quick, and the accountability on closing alerts is a must-have for an enterprise solution.

**What do you dislike about Agilence?**

The Agilence product team is very responsive to feature requests and actively aims to get new features in that their customers want.  Obviously with a large customer base, you priority may not be theirs, but they do try to make enhancements in line with what their customers want.

**What problems is Agilence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agilence allows me to fulfill core functionality for exception based reporting as it pertains to fraud and abuse in transactions/activity across our stores.  Additionally, the reporting capability allows me to look at macro trends and help identify other sales reducing activity.  They have made a solid foundation introducing AI, and their plans in the future to incorporate that throughout the application will position us to continue to succeed well into the future.

**What do you like best about Agilence?**

We’ve had a great experience with the Agilence platform and the team behind it. The Agilence team is a strong partner - responsive, collaborative, and always open to feedback. They’re proactive in helping us get the most out of the system and clearly committed to continuous improvement.

The platform itself is user friendly, with flexible reporting that allows us to tailor insights to our needs. We’ve applied it across multiple areas of the business, and it’s been a game changer, especially in helping us identify internal and external theft at the point of sale, as well as misuse of programs. That visibility has allowed us to take a more targeted, data-driven approach to associate training.

Overall, it’s made a meaningful impact, and we truly value the partnership.

**What do you dislike about Agilence?**

One challenge with the platform is that it requires very specific inputs to get the most accurate results. There’s a bit of a learning curve upfront, and it can take time for new users to become efficient and confident navigating the system.

Additionally, when changes are made on the point-of-sale side or new promotions are introduced, updates to data mapping are often needed to ensure visibility within the platform. This typically requires a new SOW, which can add some complexity and incremental cost. While this may be inherent to how the system integrates with POS data, it’s an area that can require additional planning and coordination.

That said, once you understand how to use the platform effectively, the depth of insight it provides makes the effort worthwhile.

**What problems is Agilence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agilence allows the ability to quickly identify operational and integrity issues, saving the team time to identify the concerns and instead focus on correcting them. This has allowed the team to be more efficient and impactful.

**What do you like best about Agilence?**

Agilence does a good job of identifying both internal and external theft across multiple locations. We use it daily to track transactions, including debit, credit, EBT, gift cards, and rewards activity. The analytics are strong and easy to work with, and the system does not require additional integrations to be effective. One of the biggest positives was the implementation. Their team helped us successfully set up over 140 locations, and the process was straightforward with their support. Customer service has also been very reliable, even after 5 years of using the system.

**What do you dislike about Agilence?**

There are no major issues that stand out. Like any system, there is a learning curve on the front end, but they have training resources and a customer success team to help with anything.

**What problems is Agilence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Agilence to detect internal and external theft and analyze debit/credit/gift/EBT card usage. It helps in managing transactions across multiple locations. You can review exceptions across all locations in one place.  It gives us visibility we would not otherwise have and allows us to act quickly on potential issues. Tracking and following cash loss is another big one I use daily.

**What do you like best about Agilence?**

I love the fact that it is so user-friendly.  I am not a computer programmer and the simple steps to build queries and dashboards has been so affective in our company.

**What do you dislike about Agilence?**

Sometimes the data that you are trying to pull needs very specific information.  There can be some trial and error to figure out the correct formula for the data you are trying to retrieve.  On the bright side, there is no right or wrong way of doing it.  If you need to make changes you are the owner and you have the authority to make the data speak how you need.

**Recommendations to others considering Agilence:**

This product has been a big help in our company finding ways to make updates and adjustments.  We are not just looking for someone who might be doing something they are not supposed to but we are looking for ways to best use the tools we have.

**What problems is Agilence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Refund and replacement.  internal and external theft.  Company document falsification.  There are a number of ways that our company has been able to use Agilence and its queries.  We love the fact that we can monitor progress and have alerts sent when something needs our attention.

**What do you like best about Agilence?**

To be honest the best part of Agilence is their Customer Success Team. They aren't just there to help you with an issue you are having on the platform, they also are great a sharing ideas, thinking outside the box to idenfity potional concerns and just supporting all their customers need with this platform.

**What do you dislike about Agilence?**

One change I would like to see made to the platform is the ability to identify potentional investigations you have already reviwed. A simple box to check off would be very helpful for Analysts that spend a majority of their day in the platform.

**What problems is Agilence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize Agilence to idenfity poitional losses to the company through internal dishonesty.

**What do you like best about Agilence?**

This is the only data analytics software I have used in a loss prevention capacity, so I have nothing to compare it to. However, I feel it is easy to navigate modules and easy to manipulate processes to locate information I need.

**What do you dislike about Agilence?**

I dislike the auto-time out. I am unsure; however, if this is an issue with 20/20 or our IT dept. IT claims it is 20/20. It would be a great improvement if I could stay logged in indefinitely, unless I close the browser window.

**Recommendations to others considering Agilence:**

Takes some time to get used to, but worth it.

**What problems is Agilence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it in conjunction with remote camera system views to capture instances of internal theft and fraudulent behavior. There have been many instances caught and dealt with.
