The Agilence team is very knowledgeable about data structure, and their application is designed to get the most out of any data you can send. The integrations were seamless and they were able to map most data on their own.
The system/UI itself is user friendly. While they are able to adapt it to your data, the core functionality of the system is standardized which allows them to provide immediate access to your data. Any member of their support team is able to quickly assist with troubleshooting, building your next big report, or sharing best practices from their experience to maximize the use of the system.

The Agilence product team is very responsive to feature requests and actively aims to get new features in that their customers want.
