## About Agentryx
Agentryx is the complete operating platform for lead-generation agencies. One platform to replace the six tools agencies currently stitch together — ClickUp, Slack, Looker, Frame.io, Notion, and a patchwork of onboarding forms — all on a single subscription with unlimited clients and unlimited seats. When a client signs up, they complete a branded onboarding form on the agency's subdomain. They select their ad platforms, follow step-by-step access guides for Meta, Google Ads, GoHighLevel, Calendly, and more, and submit. The moment they do, their workspace is created, delivery boards are auto-generated from the agency's templates, and their client portal account is ready to log into. Inside the platform, every client has a full delivery board — Kanban-style, per platform, built from the agency's own templates. Meta Ads and Google Ads data pulls automatically — spend, leads, CPL, ROAS — with no manual exports. GoHighLevel, Calendly, Acuity, iClosed, and Shopify all connect per client. Creative review replaces Frame.io entirely. Video ads are hosted on a professional player with time-coded comments. Image creatives use pin-based comments, Figma-style. Both agency and client leave feedback on the same thread, across every version. The sales floor tracks closers and setters in real time — calls logged, commissions calculated, and AI-generated call scorecards produced from any pasted transcript. The Meeting to Action Loop processes any meeting transcript and extracts internal tasks, client tasks, and a draft follow-up email — one click to deploy everything. Every client logs into a white-labelled portal branded as the agency. They review creatives, complete tasks, download reports, and message the team — in a portal that looks like the agency built it themselves. Twelve built-in roles. Per-member permission overrides. **What do you like best about Agentryx?**

Having client onboarding, delivery boards, and the client portal all connected. A client submits the onboarding form and their workspace is ready - no manual setup across multiple tools. The integrations are genuinely seamless - Meta and Google connect once at agency level and just work across every client, which sounds simple but saves a huge amount of time. The AI Onboarding Kit generates eight client documents in under a minute, trained on how we actually write. From a pricing standpoint it replaced ClickUp, Notion, Frame.io, and Looker in one bill - the ROI was obvious within the first two weeks.

**What do you dislike about Agentryx?**

The mobile experience still has some catching up to do compared to desktop. Everything works, but it's not as polished. Minor thing given most of the work happens on a laptop anyway

**What problems is Agentryx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were running ClickUp, Slack, Notion, and Frame.io alongside manual spreadsheets for ad reporting. The main problem was context switching - every client touchpoint lived in a different tool and things constantly fell through the gaps between them.

Agentryx replaced all of it. The biggest measurable benefit is onboarding time - getting a new client set up used to take most of a day across multiple tools. Now it takes under an hour. The AI Onboarding Kit alone saves us several hours per client in the first week.

The integration with Meta and Google Ads pulling data automatically has also eliminated the Monday morning reporting scramble. Numbers are just there.
