I wanted to create a travel planning experience that helps people figure out where to go.
With Agentplace, I built an AI travel agent that can suggest destinations based on a traveler's budget, interests, season, and visa requirements.
I like that the whole experience lives in one place. Travelers can ask questions, change their preferences, and explore alternatives without starting over. Agentplace made it possible to build that kind of interactive experience much faster than developing a custom application myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's important to connect the right data sources and make sure the agent communicates clearly when prices or availability need to be confirmed with a provider. These are things I'm continuing to refine as I develop the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Agentplace lets us build AI agents that serve our clients’ customers. They answer questions, book appointments, handle customer service, and deliver services online, and we don’t need a custom development project for any of it.
What works for us as an agency is that every agent is built around the client’s own business. We describe the process in plain language, define what the agent should say and when it hands the conversation to a human, and publish it on its own shareable page. We then link that page from the client’s site, newsletter, or social bio. Clients see an assistant that sounds like their team, not a generic website chatbot. An agent is only as good as the information behind it. Services, prices, and availability change, so keeping an agent current has to be part of client onboarding. I’d also like more ready-made integrations with the CRMs and booking tools our clients already use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It responds well to basic instructions on the first attempt. The output is of high quality. I also like how multifaceted the builder can be, from fixing itself to building agents and utilizing connections. There was a bug when I tried to add Gmail to my agent, and the builder was able to fix itself– very impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you're building an agent that requires deep logic, the builder doesn't provide recommendations for tools/integrations/connections or a better communication approach, provided that you know what you want to build. You can ask the builder what it recommends, which is a great feature, but it would be good to have non-intrusive tool recommendations. Also, the economics are a little vague in terms of consumption costs and the credit system. I still don't know how to think about what it would cost to potentially run my agent on this platform. We sell furniture so customers always have a lot of questions. The assistant asks about room size, materials, style, durability and budget and recommends pieces that fit. We set up the logic around how our sales team works, and when a customer is ready to talk the team can see what they already discussed. We link to it from our emails and the showroom signs. Our catalog is large, and dimensions matter a lot in this category. More built-in support for structured product data and live inventory would make the recommendations easier to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On Agentplace I built an assistant that handles the first conversation with a new client. It asks about interests, dates, budget, who's traveling, any must-haves and then organizes everything into a brief I can work from. Because I designed the questions around the trips I actually sell, the inquiries I get now are much more useful.
I was a bit skeptical at first that clients would want to talk to an AI before talking to me. But honestly they come in more excited, because they've already started picturing the trip. Having a dedicated page I can link from my newsletter helps too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Travel prices and availability shift constantly, and keeping the assistant’s suggestions aligned with what’s actually bookable takes ongoing effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Agentplace is how quickly I could turn an idea into something people can actually use. I built an AI language tutor that helps people practice English, Spanish, German, and Russian through natural conversations.
Users can choose a scenario, set their preferred pace, and practice speaking in real time. They can also switch between voice and text during a session, which makes the experience feel much more natural.
I didn't have to build the interface and voice functionality from scratch. I described what I wanted the tutor to do, worked on the instructions, and used Agentplace to bring the whole experience together on a page I could share with anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like voice conversations to feel even more immediate in every situation.
Overall, though, I'm impressed by how much I was able to build in such a short time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It helps me estimate project costs, prepare client proposals, and decide which projects make the most sense for our agency. Having several parts of our workflow in one place saves time and helps me focus more on creative work and growing the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quality of the results depends on the information you provide. I had to organize some of our past project records and double-check the numbers before I felt comfortable relying on the recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was an excellent platform for building my AI agent. Its able to connect to multiple services and quickly deploy a live web page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Still required manual verification to ensure the agent was working as expected even though the LLM was saying that the agent passed all test cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the way Agentplace actually understands long prompts and gives exactly what the customer is looking for. I found the initial setup easier than I thought and understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think Agentplace should help customers with more details, like which model to use, what things to go on, and which APIs to join so they can make an actually working agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
