On Agentplace I built an assistant that handles the first conversation with a new client. It asks about interests, dates, budget, who's traveling, any must-haves and then organizes everything into a brief I can work from. Because I designed the questions around the trips I actually sell, the inquiries I get now are much more useful.
I was a bit skeptical at first that clients would want to talk to an AI before talking to me. But honestly they come in more excited, because they've already started picturing the trip. Having a dedicated page I can link from my newsletter helps too.

I wanted to create a travel planning experience that helps people figure out where to go.
With Agentplace, I built an AI travel agent that can suggest destinations based on a traveler's budget, interests, season, and visa requirements.
I like that the whole experience lives in one place. Travelers can ask questions, change their preferences, and explore alternatives without starting over. Agentplace made it possible to build that kind of interactive experience much faster than developing a custom application myself.

Agentplace lets us build AI agents that serve our clients’ customers. They answer questions, book appointments, handle customer service, and deliver services online, and we don’t need a custom development project for any of it.
What works for us as an agency is that every agent is built around the client’s own business. We describe the process in plain language, define what the agent should say and when it hands the conversation to a human, and publish it on its own shareable page. We then link that page from the client’s site, newsletter, or social bio. Clients see an assistant that sounds like their team, not a generic website chatbot.
