What I like most about Salesforce Health Cloud is its ability to bring fragmented patient and healthcare information into a more connected, centralized view. Having healthcare-specific data models and functionality already built into the Salesforce ecosystem makes it easier to understand relationships, interactions and the wider patient journey.
I also like the flexibility to automate workflows, integrate with other systems and provide different teams with access to the information most relevant to them. It combines the customization capabilities I like about Salesforce with functionality designed specifically for healthcare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like least is the complexity involved in implementing and configuring Health Cloud effectively. There is a lot of functionality available, but that can create a steep learning curve and significant administrative overhead, particularly when you start introducing custom workflows, integrations and organization-specific requirements.
Some functionality can also feel more complex than necessary for relatively straightforward use cases. I would like to see an easier configuration experience, clearer visibility into dependencies, and more out-of-the-box functionality that requires less customization to deliver value.
