For my needs, AgentFire blew away the competition! I did not want the cheapest, but was looking for a good value in comparison to some others (including who I left) and I honestly did not know the different features and functionality updates I should have had on my radar anyway. With how fast real estate has been changing AgentFire is going to allow me to change with it and that is why in the end I chose them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working with Jack and Steve from AgentFire to create The Young Team’s new website was an absolute pleasure. From our very first call, they took a thoughtful, collaborative approach—taking the time to understand the pain points of our existing site and aligning with us on the desired look, feel, and user experience for the new one. The entire process was seamless. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating changes even after the site was launched. I never felt rushed, and I especially appreciated Jack’s creative, solution-oriented mindset when it came to fine-tuning layouts. One thing that could have made the experience even more seamless was having better visibility into the active project timeline. At times, I found myself referencing old emails to track upcoming due dates or understand where we were in the process. Toward the end, the feedback cycle felt a bit more reactive—something I could have managed better on my end—but having a centralized place to view project progress, see which pages were ready for review, and which were still in development would have been incredibly helpful.

Lastly, something I wasn’t aware of until after we migrated to AgentFire was that the platform is built on an outdated version of WordPress. The whole support team was very helpful in crafting creative workarounds post-launch, the older infrastructure does present some limitations—particularly in terms of customizing landing pages or certain site features. Had I known this earlier, I may have approached the decision with a bit more caution because I find myself messaging support frequently to update small changes.
