I'd still like to be able to offer more than 2 places after the decimal on more metrics (especially currency, where only having 2 places for something like CPV can frequently be completely irrelevant) but in general I'm very happy with AA. What I like best about AgencyAnalytics is how it brings multiple client data sources into one centralized platform, making it much easier to manage dashboards, review performance, perform QA, and prepare for client meetings. I especially appreciate the flexibility to create service-specific dashboards and reports based on each client’s needs.

Their customer support is another major strength for me. Whenever I’ve encountered an integration or reporting issue that I couldn’t resolve through normal troubleshooting, the Support team has been responsive, helpful, and willing to investigate or escalate the issue when needed.

I also appreciate the variety of learning resources available, including the Help Center, product videos, how-to guides, and recorded webinars. Overall, AgencyAnalytics helps make client reporting more organized and manageable while giving me the resources and support I need to continue learning the platform. With time we have been needing to customize our reports, and doing so has been very cumbersome. Some things we can do with a fair amount of effort, and some things we cannot do at all. While Agency Analytics offers a solid range of integrations, I'd love to see even more options available. Given their current offerings, I'm not particularly optimistic that requesting a new integration would yield results. It's worth noting that what they do have is still quite impressive, though. I've been really impressed with AgencyAnalytics, especially for reporting and trend analysis. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to visualize performance over time for virtually any metric. Instead of only comparing two points in time, I can quickly see trends across months for metrics like cost per conversion, conversion value, CPC, or organic traffic, which makes it much easier to identify what's actually changing and why.

I also love the wide range of SEO integrations. Having data from tools like Google Search Console and other SEO platforms all in one place makes it simple to understand organic performance without jumping between multiple dashboards. The reports are clean, visual, and easy for both marketers and clients to understand.

I'd love even more customization for charts and dashboard layouts, but overall there isn't much I'd change. I also would appreciate being able to combine data from different tools and getting more in-depth AI insights (though they do have an AI tool, it costs more and the last time I tried it wasn't as useful as I hoped it would be - though that may have changed0 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I most appreciate how easy it is to integrate with client channels, and the responsiveness of their customer support. I wish there were a way to combine or consolidate data from multiple data sources into a single page--for example: a summary of KPIs across key channels on a single page (pulling data direct from respective sources and not from analytics). To my knowledge, only one data source can be linked per page. I also wish there was functionality that would allow you to group campaigns by theme or tactic and create charts or tables that display that data by theme or tactic. I like that AgencyAnalytics lets me customize every report and widget. It pulls in a custom dashboard with all the integrations I need from multiple platforms. I really like the features that allow me to compare or use as long of a date range as I want. I can customize each widget by different date ranges, like showing data from July 1 to July 31, while setting another widget to a different range. The initial setup was pretty simple. It was easy to get started by watching a few videos and having an onboarding call that shared even more specific details. Sometimes I find that I don't know if it's the API or just the way that AgencyAnalytics pulls in the data, but I'll get duplicates or really weird-looking graphs that make no sense. I've had to reach out to support every time a problem arises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't comment much from a Pricing / ROI perspective as we use this across the agency, but I can say isnt the cheapest of all. and AI feature is not yet there to make the most out of AA. Hopefully with time that will also be valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Agency Analytics has been a really solid platform overall. The dashboard is easy to navigate, reporting is clean, and clients love having everything in one place. If I had to point out anything, some integrations and customization options could be a little deeper, especially for agencies that manage a wide variety of marketing services. Certain reports can also take a bit of setup time to get exactly how you want them. Overall though, it saves a ton of time and continues to improve with updates.
