**What do you like best about Advantco MS Dynamics CRM?**

The integration between Microsoft dynamic and SAP has always been a headache. Especially when SAP comes out with new adaptor or orchestrators that usually build out integration for Salesforce first. This tool helped us with doing the same with MSFT dynamics.

**What do you dislike about Advantco MS Dynamics CRM?**

I was not the one that was in charge with the implementation, but I know that we did run into some specific errors with how we had our CRM and Microsoft dynamics set up

**What problems is Advantco MS Dynamics CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Religious the general integration between the two platforms so our finance team could report an SAP and our sales team continue to use Microsoft dynamics for our European and Asian teams

The CRM adopter perfectly integrates with SAP for all different kinds of functionalities.

It would be better if the performance is more faster compared to current when integrations are searched.

It helps with the overall integration of CRM with the BPM modules within an orgnisation
