We fill our accomplishments of the week for performance appraisal and eliminate the need for sharing the accomplishments done at the year-end appraisal cycle in which we may miss few tasks done.
It allows us to keep track of performance on weekly basis and can be helpful if any improvement is needed before the situation goes out of hand.
