I think it is a good tool for hourly employees and new hires. Great way to check in with people who you don't have regular 1:1s with. I do like the "nudge" feature within the platform. I don't see the benefit for my team because we are very in sync with our Manager. This is just an additional task I need to do to check off the box and complete. I would rather have a quick minute conversation with my Manager to talk about whats going on than have to complete this every week. It allows leaders to give reliable performance ratings. It allows the employees to track their performance by engaging with the managers more frequently. Weekly check-ins, which shows the performance of the employee for that particular week.
