I used the paid version for work, which was great! However, when I tried the free version for personal use, I was sorely disappointed. I use it pretty often as a first step to my design project. The free category is good, but to fully access the majority of designs one needs to have premium access. The interface is a bit overwhelming. It makes it easy to stay consistent between platforms and team members. This makes adhering to current brand guidelines incredibly streamlined. And updating said guidelines prove to be super-efficient. Creative Cloud has had an immense impact on our workflow over the past five years. **What do you dislike about Adobe Express?** The hugest dislike that I have is when you go to place a vector smart object from Adobe Illustrator to Adobe Photoshop, for instance, there is a dialogue box that appears asking if you want to add it to your libraries. A lot of the time, the box is checked and people are not paying attention so there are a ton of random objects being added to the libraries. If there is any way to never have that checked off UNLESS you actually intend to, that would be extremely helpful in managing assets. A lot of new designers don't realize that they're even having an issue, and then the next thing you know, you've have to delete a ton of random graphics from your library. **What problems is Adobe Express solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of access to all branding elements. There have been several instances in which I have tried using a keyword descriptor to search for fonts, such as "Roman" or "Gothic," and the search results only show fonts with those keywords in the font name instead of also showing fonts with those keywords in the description. To be clear, Adobe Creative Cloud houses a wide selection of fonts to choose from; unfortunately, the search function doesn't make it easy to view and sort through this wide selection. **What problems is Adobe Express solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adobe Creative Cloud helps us keep track of our Adobe apps in one user-friendly hub while also making it easy to check for updates and install or uninstall certain apps depending on project needs. This feature dramatically benefits our company as we complete projects across various mediums, from video editing and animation to graphic design and print brochures. Also if you are not a professional graphic designer since you already have preconfigured templates ready to edit and publish. **What problems is Adobe Express solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've resolved not to have to constantly open Adobe Photoshop or QuarkXPress just to create a banner for a business website or an Instagram story on business accounts, knowing the processing time that is lost when opening these types of graphic tools and the number of resources of hardware that they consume in a computer such as RAM, VRAM and CPU, which slow down processes and make everything a total waste of time. With Adobe Creative Cloud Express I found the solution, I was able to take care of all that handling very quickly without putting my computer's hardware resources at risk. ### 36. It wasn't until more recently that I realized there's a steep learning curve in explaining to people with no Adobe background how to use InDesign or Photoshop or Illustrator. However, with CC Express (which I guess was formerly Adobe Spark), anyone can create a quality design for social media without spending a lot of time learning how to do it. In some ways it's very similar to Canva, though with an interface that lends to easier understanding of elements available for customization. I quite like it. With things like CC Express, she is able to be a social media/marketing department by herself.
