"Reusable Templates Streamline Onboarding, but Recipient Changes Frustrate"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I like Adobe Acrobat Sign’s simple tools for creating reusable document templates. The standard wording and fields are already in place, so I can spend my time checking supplier information instead of rebuilding the same request. I also like the private message to recipient feature, which lets me give a signer instructions relevant to their part of the document. That helps when the finance contact and company representative have different responsibilities. The agreement management view makes outstanding requests easier to identify, so I can follow up without reconstructing the whole conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I find recipient changes confusing. When a supplier changes signers, I have to check which replacement options are available, and the original recipient’s name still appears on the document. I end up reconstructing it from scratch, which takes time. A clearer explanation of what happens to the existing recipient’s access would make this less uncertain. The initial setup was moderately difficult, too; creating and testing the first template took me about half a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines E-Signatures, but Post-Send Changes Can Be Clunky"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I like being able to sign documents from my phone. I like the form fields and e-signature because I can collect details like a start date alongside a signature and keep them in the document, which means I need to send fewer separate messages. I also like that completed agreements go to the relevant parties and employees get their own copy immediately, so I don’t have to download and forward copies after every hire. Agreement status gives me a better starting point for follow-up, and I can check what’s outstanding before contacting a new hire. Basic email signing is straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I have trouble fixing something after I send a document because my options depend on the agreement status. Sometimes I need to cancel and resend it, which gives the recipient multiple emails. A clearer explanation of what I can still change would help me choose the right action. Learning how recipients affect the process took more attention than creating the first agreement. "Reusable Templates Save Hours, Though the Interface Feels Cluttered"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I like that Adobe Acrobat Sign lets me set required fields before sending, so signers can’t finish without filling everything in and I don’t get half-completed contracts back. I can set up a reusable template once with the fields already placed, which saves me from redoing the same layout and about five hours a week. I also value the audit trail, which shows who signed, when, and from where, and helps settle questions about a term quickly. I can set the signing order for multiple parties, so a manager signs after the client without me coordinating it manually. E-signing means I don’t have to prepare and send hard copies, and documents can be signed and returned by email in less than an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I found the interface cluttered, with common actions buried in menus and not always obvious where to click, especially for occasional tasks. A simpler layout for everyday sending would cut down on the hunting. I also found setup quite difficult at first, and it took me around three days to feel comfortable using the tools and features. "Streamlined Dealer Onboarding with Mobile Signing and Smart Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I like the reusable templates for dealer agreements, credit applications, and pricing acknowledgements, with the signature, date, and company information fields already in the right place. I can select a template, add the customer contact, and send it, which keeps forms consistent and helps prevent missing signature fields or sending an outdated version. I also like the automatic reminders and live document status tracking. I can see whether a customer received, opened, signed, or declined a document, and focus follow-up on documents that are still untouched instead of checking every email thread. Mobile signing works well for dealers and contractors away from their desks: they can open the link in a phone browser and complete the form without downloading an app or creating an Adobe account. This has made onboarding much faster for a smaller dealer. The initial setup was straightforward, and the onboarding team helped confirm account settings and explain template permissions during a virtual call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I find the template library difficult to manage when I have several document versions. The list becomes hard to search, and the versions can look almost identical, which creates a risk of sending the wrong form. I’d like folders, clearer version labels, and an option to archive templates from normal search results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

The pricing and subscription models can be quite expensive, especially for smaller businesses or individuals who only need to use it occasionally. It would be better if they offered more flexible, budget-friendly tiers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Document Signing with Adobe Acrobat Sign"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I really like how Adobe Acrobat Sign fully integrates into the Adobe ecosystem. Since I already use Acrobat for editing PDFs, transitioning to the signing features feels seamless and like a natural extension of my workflow. There's no need to jump between different apps or worry about file compatibility because everything is under one platform, making the process much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

The administrative dashboard can feel overwhelming at first. There are so many configuration options that if you're trying to do something simple, you might find yourself clicking through more menus than necessary. It is powerful, but it definitely requires a bit of a getting-to-know-you phase for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fraud-Proof Document Signing, Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

I like the ease of use of Adobe Acrobat Sign, making the process for getting signatures as simple as knowing a person's email address and their role designation for the document to be signed. I also appreciate the audit trails provided with each signed document, which effectively make signatures fraud proof. It's extremely difficult to duplicate IP addresses and other technical details included in these audit trails. Moreover, I find the initial setup extremely easy since it's a software as a service, allowing for a simple download and run process. I switched to Adobe Acrobat Sign due to its better interface and perceived better reliability compared to my previous service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Acrobat Sign?

On occasion, there are sometimes discrepancies in the signature fields placed over certain forms, where they would normally appear in a traditional wet ink signed document. In addition, rarely, the program does crash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
