"Easy Integration, Accurate Data, and Clear Client Insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

It’s very easy to connect, integrates well, and the data is quite accurate. It has streamlined our daily tasks and helps us provide clear insights to clients. I can easily recommend using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

It can be glitchy at times, and I’ve often found it difficult to read the numbers. The integration process is easy overall, but if you set it up incorrectly, the data can get messed up and you won’t be able to properly deduce insights from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unsurpassed Analysis Workspace for Deep, Detailed Attribution at Scale"
4/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

It processes huge amounts of data in fine detail so that we can respond to complicated attribution queries that other sites obscure. It is a monster, yet it is strong. Analysis Workspace is unsurpassed. The drag and drop of dimensions into infinite nested tables can be explored in a free form. You do not have to use predefined reports; you create the view that you require to address the particular issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

The learning curve is a wall. It is not something that you can learn in a weekend. When your layer of implementation is a mess, then the data is of no use. It needs a specific expert to support the tag organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Analytics with a Steep Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like that Adobe Analytics supports highly customized reports. We can break down the data to the minutest time interval, which helps us see what happened and how many users have logged on during a specific time frame. I appreciate that it can handle large amounts of data at once, allowing us to easily fetch the reports without any significant performance issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

I struggle with the UI part. It needs some learning curve for new users, who had gone through some training. I still feel sometimes I get missed because the UI is not so user friendly. It maybe needs more documentation or tutorials to help with that. Also, the cost of Adobe Analytics is pretty high compared to other tools like Google Analytics. "Powerful Insights and Reporting for Data-Driven Decisions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

Our website's user behavior can be tracked in great detail with the aid of Adobe Analytics. I use it to track customer paths, page performance, and traffic sources across the site. Campaign performance can be easily monitored in real time thanks to the reports' rapid updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

When working with large datasets, some reports can take a while to load. The workspace has a lot of features, so new users might also need more time to get used to it. The onboarding process would go more smoothly with more integrated walkthroughs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Reporting and Powerful, Easy-to-Use Dashboards"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

Flexibility of reporting. Dashboards are powerful but easy for new people to start using.

Strong community support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

Some of the very old restrictions still get in the way. The Ui of the admin parts is bad (although being improved) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Enterprise Tool with Intuitive Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I really like the customer interface on Adobe Analytics. It's helped us make some really crucial decisions to help grow our business. It's a great powerful tool, and it's really the cream of the crop for analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

Sometimes, it's hard to identify when there's a drop-off in data on the tool. We've had issues with tag breaking, and not realizing until it's too late, which we've had to handle by using ObservePoint alongside to avoid these problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Performance Insights with Easy, Customizable Reporting"
5/5

Its ability to gather real time data on how your site is performing and easily create customizable reports for users.

Also the easy for which users can create their own reports for sharing out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

The fact that it’s basically being sunset for CJA, our organization isn’t ready to move off of Adobe analytics yet it feels like it’s becoming. Tool of the past, even for customers who aren’t ready for CJA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Insights, But Steep Learning Curve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like Adobe Analytics for its ability to create my own views, which allows me to customize the analytics to suit my needs. I also appreciate its data visualization capabilities, which help me interpret complex data effectively. These features help me answer my business questions and provide valuable insights into user engagement and traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

It's hard to use. There are too many options to choose from, and it's not intuitive out of the box. You really have to learn what dimensions and metrics are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"In-Depth Insights, Steep Learning Curve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Adobe Analytics?

I like how detailed and reliable the data is with Adobe Analytics. It gives me deep insights into user behavior and allows for flexible reporting, which helps me make informed decisions and optimize strategies more confidently. The detailed data helps me clearly see how users move through the site and where they drop off, while the flexible reporting lets me customize insights based on what I actually need. This capability allows me to quickly spot opportunities, adjust strategies, and share clear reports with stakeholders without spending too much time digging through data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Analytics?

One thing that could be improved is the learning curve, especially for new users, since some features aren't very intuitive at first. It can also feel a bit overwhelming when setting up reports or dashboards, so clearer guidance and a more user-friendly interface would make the experience better. The initial setup was manageable but not very easy; it took some time to understand the configuration and required support from documentation and team members.
