**Describe the project or task Aditi Consulting helped with:**

Quality assurance projects in the Best Buy Technology Development Center in Seattle. The scope is to support the development of client's next-generation retail experiences using proximity-based services.

**What do you like best about Aditi Consulting?**

Aditi's ability to find talent and match them up with client requirements, treat contractors well, prompt customer service by having dedicated account managers are what I liked the most.

**What do you dislike about Aditi Consulting?**

Once a project timeline is over for a consultant, Aditi Consulting doesn't plan well on continuation aspects. Also, there is less affinity for consultants with the firm itself.

**What problems is Aditi Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to find specialized talent in the local market for time-bound needs and match them with project requirements. It allows for flexibility and short timeframe to fill positions and get the projects going.

I was responsible for end to end recruitment listing some responsibilities.

Working in SoW and MSP engagement.
● Closely worked with Project Stakeholders, Managers, and Developers to understand requirements and fill
positions ASAP.
● Worked with the Client Manager and Project technical team on behalf of the team to resolve issues and
challenges thereby ensuring that recruiting solutions resources are adequately deployed.
● Monitored recruiting sources effectively and analyzed candidate pipelines to ensure timely hiring to forecast
demand.
● End-to-end recruiting (requirement gathering, sourcing, screened, interviewed, resume formatting, meet/greet,
rate, drug/criminal background check, client interview coordinating, consultant maintenance post-hire).
● Candidate selection, offer negotiation, and follow-up with joining to ensure the onboarding.

**What do you like best about Aditi Consulting?**

It's Work Hard Party Harder theme. Everyone work enjoys their work and you will learn a lot from your colleagues, everyone will help you in growth. Cross functional team will closely work with you,

I really dislike promotion strategies they say it's based on Analytics and data but performance also depends on Role, Project, and clients. they don't have any measure for this.

Great Company, Good work culture but Premotion policy is not good,

I was working as a Recruiter in Aditi Consulting and was responsible for fulfilling Client hiring needs, they have an amazing Incentive structure, Great Culture.
