Working in SoW and MSP engagement.

● Closely worked with Project Stakeholders, Managers, and Developers to understand requirements and fill

positions ASAP.

● Worked with the Client Manager and Project technical team on behalf of the team to resolve issues and

challenges thereby ensuring that recruiting solutions resources are adequately deployed.

● Monitored recruiting sources effectively and analyzed candidate pipelines to ensure timely hiring to forecast

demand.

● End-to-end recruiting (requirement gathering, sourcing, screened, interviewed, resume formatting, meet/greet,

rate, drug/criminal background check, client interview coordinating, consultant maintenance post-hire).
