The platform provides the accuracy and visibility we need, and we've continued rolling it out across more and more clients because of the value it delivers. What stands out most is the support team. Anytime we've had an issue or question, the AdBeacon team has responded incredibly quickly and worked to resolve it as soon as possible. We've also felt genuinely heard when providing feedback or suggesting improvements. It's clear that product updates are driven by making the platform easier to use while continuously improving data quality and reporting accuracy. **What do you dislike about AdBeacon?** AdBeacon is actively building out new integrations, and we'd especially love deeper connectivity with platforms like Funnel and Looker Studio (Data Studio), which are important parts of our reporting stack. Today, we use a more manual workflow through AdBeacon's Google Sheets export, which works well but requires some additional setup and maintenance on our end. That said, the team has been very receptive to feedback, and we're confident these improvements are already on their roadmap. **What problems is AdBeacon solving and how is that benefiting you?** AdBeacon solves one of the biggest challenges we face as an agency: accurate attribution and consolidated reporting across multiple marketing channels. Before AdBeacon, pulling together reliable performance data and understanding what was actually driving results for clients required significantly more manual work and often left gaps in visibility. With AdBeacon, we have a much clearer view of performance, which helps us make better optimization decisions, report more confidently to clients, and scale our reporting processes across a growing client base. I think this will open a whole new door for analytics regarding ad profitability. Integrating data enrichment capabilities into their offering was a strong play. Seem to be taking customer feedback on a regular basis and seem to be placing a focus on adding more features and integrations. My company uses this daily and find it helpful for scaling our paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, etc. Customer support is very helpful and they've done a great job integrating how-to videos and FAQ's in an easy to access button on their website. **What do you dislike about AdBeacon?** Looking forward to when they allow for integration with Wordpress/WooCommerce and other web platforms. Works great with Shopify and think playing nice with more options will really set them apart. UI/UX is decent but I do think it can be improved over time.
