When we joined the organisation we had many queries related to the rules and regulations, where to perform certain tasks, whom to contact, how to contact,what to do... We had to reach someone to get suggestions and solutions. Not all employee are there to answer basic queries for so many new employees. There are many excellent features in adam.ai which are very much necessary for collaborative team meetings. The best things about this meeting collaboration software are its simple easy to navigate user interface, meeting minutes option, risks and issues notes, in vote in decision section, integration with google calendar, automatic meeting creation with google meet and zoom, follow up and some other features. There are very few things about this software that I don't like. Everything is alright, but the pricing is a little higher than other software. I think the founder should reconsider the pricing. I used it to meet with my students in an organized way. I assigned meeting facilitators from among my students which made them feel responsible. We also created projects together and the app helped me remember which students were assigned certain tasks the week before. Decisions and Action Items from various meetings are organized by project and are arranged with timelines so they become meaningful and easier to track, instead of random pieces in a large pool of notes. A quick glance is enough to capture a project's status and you don't feel lost when switching between totally unrelated projects. Participants must register with email before being able to access the content. That stops a lot of people from trying. Recommendations to others considering adam.ai: adam.ai is still new and has a lot of potentials. The platform and the UX continue to improve while the roadmap items are slowly being realized over the past year that I have used it for. I expect adam.ai to mature into a major SaaS solution for professionals. For teams with multiple cross-functional projects, it's easy to loose track of topics and plans that have been discussed and agreed on. adam.ai keeps them organized and easy to follow. You could review all the past meetings and get a quick sense of progress and status in minutes without finding the notes from the massive list of emails and try to make sense out of it. Not only it saves time, it also gives me a clear view of where I am at with various projects with very little effort. The result is I become focused, prepared and confident on all projects in hand. We looked at many other applications on the market like DoodlePoll, Calendy and none of them scheduled a meeting for a group of people allowing calendar invites to be sent directly to the attendees.
