You will receive immediate notifications when a threat or issue is detected. The implementation was really simple and took very little time to get up and running. **What do you dislike about ActZero Managed Detection and Response?** It is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. **What problems is ActZero Managed Detection and Response solving and how is that benefiting you?** Act Zero has pointed out all of our critical and high priority network vulnerabilities, along with the detailed fixes for these issues. This saves us so much time researching the fixes for these issues. ### 2. Plust the product and service works very well. **What do you dislike about ActZero Managed Detection and Response?** At the moment, I have not found much that I dislike. The price is expensive, but better than other options. You have to have this type of service in place to maintain security. **What problems is ActZero Managed Detection and Response solving and how is that benefiting you?** Detecting and stopping unwanted downloads of random applications that users may encounter. Also, it picked up some potentially malicious logins where we had some users get their credentials compromised and we were able to rectify the istuation quickly. ### 3. During the time I've been here, I have found the ActZero team to be fast, precise, and with a high attention to detail. The ActZero portal contains all the information I need to keep my systems safe and vulnerabilities patched. The portal is very easy to use, and provides a deep look into my environment. Our team uses the portal daily. Our account manager is always ready and willing to meet on a moment's notice, and we have scheduled meetings monthly. Anytime any activity outside of the norm is noticed, they are quick with an email for smaller issues, or a phone call for higher priority security events. The software is easy to install on endpoints, and can be pushed out via GPO or manually. The Falcon sensor is lightweight and unobtrusive and provides insight into its host and the host's traffic, all while being unobtrusive and easily integrated into our environment. I would highly recommend ActZero to anyone looking for MDR. **What do you dislike about ActZero Managed Detection and Response?** I have no complaints - the software is lightweight, the portal easy to use, and the team is friendly and always has an eye on our network. **What problems is ActZero Managed Detection and Response solving and how is that benefiting you?** ActZero MDR helps our team keep an eye out on what is happening on endpoints, and the traffic flowing between them and other hosts in the environment. The detection and threat hunting team ensure we are aware of any new vulnerabilities that have been found in the wild, and notifies us of any questionable activity in our environment. It is a second set of eyes and an essential part of our cybersecurity strategy. ### 5. I get that there is liablitily with this sort of thing, but when its known malware, they ask us to remove it. I would rather have there be some checkpoint and then we can automatically run some automation to remediate it. **What problems is ActZero Managed Detection and Response solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are helping threat hunt and manage detections. They ensure 24/7 support which we are not able to do currently. I work directly with them to solve any issues that arise and we quickly work to remediate them. ### 6.
