We have started using ActZero MDR sometime before I started working here. During the time I've been here, I have found the ActZero team to be fast, precise, and with a high attention to detail. The ActZero portal contains all the information I need to keep my systems safe and vulnerabilities patched. The portal is very easy to use, and provides a deep look into my environment. Our team uses the portal daily. Our account manager is always ready and willing to meet on a moment's notice, and we have scheduled meetings monthly. Anytime any activity outside of the norm is noticed, they are quick with an email for smaller issues, or a phone call for higher priority security events. The software is easy to install on endpoints, and can be pushed out via GPO or manually. The Falcon sensor is lightweight and unobtrusive and provides insight into its host and the host's traffic, all while being unobtrusive and easily integrated into our environment. I dislike that there is no automation playbooks for removing software that is trivial, even with our authorization. I get that there is liablitily with this sort of thing, but when its known malware, they ask us to remove it. I would rather have there be some checkpoint and then we can automatically run some automation to remediate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
