What do you like best about ACTouch Cloud ERP?

This ERP software provides rel time data based on a customer demands.

It integrates different functions such as Quality Control, Unlimited levels of workflow management tool, Customer Relationship management with Lead Management, Product Costing and Cost accounting.

The Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning Software ensures Digital transformation of your firm.

It is SaaS based and hence easy to use

Implementation takes not more than 4 minutes thus it is not time consuming

The customer support are great, they ensure that a customers issue is well taken care of

Being cloud-based means that deployment saves time and money.

A remarkable feature is barcode generation & print that secures every transaction conducted.

AcTouch has really impproved our production, work operations , the FIS and MIS Reports in that we are among the top in our region.

What problems is ACTouch Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Every department that interacted with this tool after installations reported the following;

Effective FIS and MIS Reports, Inventory management, smooth file upload and document management, invoices and payment reports.

What do you like best about ACTouch Cloud ERP?

Almost all business scenarios that a small or medium manufacturing company like ours deals with during the day to day running of the business are recognized and recorded well. The modules are apt for easy to use and cover all our needs. Reporting feature is easy to use and with excel files available for download, relevant information can be found. Most importantly it is not a static ERP solution that once bought and used can become obsolete. New developments and business needs are being constantly integrated into the software. Handling of returns not linked to invoices still needs to be developed. Notepad feature to communicate instructions to other users is missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our work process has improved drastically. With multi user we can work concurrently on different modules. With a historic record of previous production runs, I can view, replicate and improve our processes on the factory floor.
