It integrates different functions such as Quality Control, Unlimited levels of workflow management tool, Customer Relationship management with Lead Management, Product Costing and Cost accounting. The Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning Software ensures Digital transformation of your firm. It is SaaS based and hence easy to use Implementation takes not more than 4 minutes thus it is not time consuming The customer support are great, they ensure that a customers issue is well taken care of Being cloud-based means that deployment saves time and money. A remarkable feature is barcode generation & print that secures every transaction conducted. The ability to import existing tally data is advatageous to us as we get all the necessary data that is needed. AcTouch.com needs to provide features like procurement control and inventory management there are areas that needs to be improved. **What problems is ACTouch Cloud ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The display of tax for INR products, which is confusing and inconvenient. The modules are apt for easy to use and cover all our needs. Reporting feature is easy to use and with excel files available for download, relevant information can be found. Most importantly it is not a static ERP solution that once bought and used can become obsolete.
