I can also customize templates according to my needs. Here I can get the relevant data according to my needs and requirements. **What do you dislike about Activu vis|ability?** There is nothing I can say I dislike. Yes, there are some features that still need to be used. One thing I want to point out is that for first-time users, it will be a little tricky to understand the dashboard, but everything else is perfect. **What problems is Activu vis|ability solving and how is that benefiting you?** The major issue that is sorted now is that I am able to share accurate and relevant data and information with anyone on any device, no matter where people are. I can also monitor the stuff, easily add members, and all these are within my budget. ### 2. During the once-in-a-century pandemic, and during one of the most important transformation processes taking place in my company, we choose Activu to join us in this unprecedently journey. Activu is that company you need most, during very challenging times – together with them we managed to set up an a global control room operations in a very flexible and agile way/manner. Now we are able to monitor operations globally, and improve incident response through automation (link to ITSM or SIEM. Can easily add users and locations. Can say that very nice user interface and easy to use. Gives exact results which I always look for. ### 4. I really like the grid management tool. **What do you dislike about Activu vis|ability?** We are still working through some issues with the predetermined layouts.
