For those who do not know how to edit videos or are just new to this field, Active Presenter is a great choice! When I began to make videos for my classes and for my Youtube Channel, there were plenty of software. However, mostly I ended up becoming confused using those. When I edit videos, sometimes the volume function can be a trouble. In every video, we need to increase video volume on Active Presenter manually. I found out that it can be done only once. If I want to increase the volume again, it becomes 100x more, which sounds very bad on my videos. I love the fact that it is super simple to use. You can record your screen with voice over and a video. During the times where we have to make ample user guides to support clients, Active presenter has certainly helped a lot. You can easily record a part of your screen and convert it into a high-resolution video. The conversion can be done in mp4 or avi. The duration of the meeting does not matter. Active Presenter provides many tools to enhance the video content. You can create from simple video presentations to very professional and useful tutorials and explainer videos. It does'nt have some great tools for video editing although this is not the focus of ActivePresenter, I usually edit videos in other specialized tools and use ActivePresenter to add texts, annotations, zoom and panning and essentialy creates the story. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the intuitive UI that allows to use it seamlessly with great features like screen recoding , video recording specially the video editing. It has q question adding mode which helps in creating question based test and content. The output quality of the screen recorder is very good. It has great sets of animation and design tools. I dislike that it sometimes bad video if the settings are messed up. The video exporting time is very high even sometimes it makes the PC irresponsive. I like that it has specific mode for specific screen recording app. It helps in software demonstration, video recording, youtube content creation and direct upload. It records video in very less size and in best quality. It supports features like inserting youtube video, spotlight , container, cropping, shapes. It supports features like adding questions in the project. It supports well and smooth animations and transitions. It supports multiple export types like HTML5 video,images, video, MS Power point. I dislike that any error installation makes the software crashes sometimes. In windows OS sometimes external cameras are not supported. The software simulation template sometimes makes it hard to edit because it generates all it self. It is bad than manual editing. I like it so i don't think there is much bug in the active presenter.
