The platform being open and extensible is a big strength, and there is a constant stream of updates to integrations There is a good amount of flexibility using built in javascript steps - I found this super handy to create custom logic and calculations from data that had been collected by previous steps, and feeding that to conditional follow-on steps such as alerts and messages.
