They have come out with many new features that are very exciting which should make them a major contender in the space. Outside of that their plan limits are very generous, especially if you just want to dip your toes and learn the platform before going all in. It's a very solid platform that doesn't have a huge learning curve, especially if you are somewhat familiar with other tools in the space. This is slowly becoming a daily driver in my business and making it easier as i use it to automate things. **What do you dislike about Activepieces?** I wish there was a way to integrate front end stuff. When i say front end stuff i mean visual pieces, or ways to visualize data. As a connector Active pieces is built more for back end just like everything else in the space. I just want my cake, and to be able to eat it too! lol **What problems is Activepieces solving and how is that benefiting you?** Active pieces is a double edged sword for me, i use it to run lengthy audits, and it is the core of the backend logic for those audits. It does very well with letting you get as granular or broad as you want. In other words the control you have is very customizable on what you want it to do. And secondly, it saves me a ton of time, not quite set it and forget it, but almost. ### 4. It has table for data storage, Ai agent, MCP as well. The number of pieces are growing really fast with the help of community. UI/UX is very simple and kinda grows on me. One big plus is recently they no longer limit tasks, so users wont need to be too concerned that their automation will stop working if the account goes over limit. **What do you dislike about Activepieces?** Due to being young, it still has a few bugs and inconveniences here and there, but for regular user its not that big of a deal. I've been reporting a few bugs and it is fixed in a matter of few days. **What problems is Activepieces solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was primarily using Pabbly Connect and Routes UI in Pabbly Connect is horrible. I migrated all flows that use routes for easier workflow management. ### 8. I found some solutions but they took more time for me to make them work. With Activepieces, I can make the event sync work in just few steps and I can even customize the content in the destination to make it even more clear. Now my calendar is much more organized. I also uses it to do some PoC because Activepieces makes the integration easy. With it, I've done more PoC than before. **What do you dislike about Activepieces?** I'm pretty much happy with all my uses cases with it. **What problems is Activepieces solving and how is that benefiting you?** Activepieces makes 3rd-party service integration easier. Activepieces has come a long way and they continue to surprise and update their software. It is very easy to integrate with apps, just like Zapier, and get them going. They do use different terminology, but just ask Claude or ChatGPT what they are and they will provide the answer. For example, Zapier uses filters, but Activepieces uses Routers (branches) and the left side is what you want and if the left side does not match, then on the right side nothing will happen. --> Their pricing is AMAZING! You pay $1 for 1000 tasks. Zapier, Make and other companies definitely charge way more than this. --> This is cheaper than n8n. I tried n8n and I needed to connect multiple Gmail accounts to one workflow; you cannot do this with n8n at this time. You can with Activepieces. --> They have a free account with all features, no LIMITATIONS. You get 1000 free task. --> I have not requested customer service, but I have not needed to. I moved all my zaps from Zapier except for 2 with no issues. **What do you dislike about Activepieces?** This might be a downside for some, and that is they don't integrate with every company out there, but give them time, they will. Remember Zapier has been in business for a very long time. **What problems is Activepieces solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps me to complete my job and keep up with my job easily.
