He worked diligently on creating the site we needed. But once we got the 18 hour time difference sorted out, we easily met at 8am our time/8pm his time. He even offered us his time on the weekends, which was extremely generous of him. **Recommendations to others considering Actively Media:** Tilak was responsive on zoom/skype/whatsapp/text and he emailed us promptly to answer our questions. When I traveled to India, he cam to Delhi and met me at Starbucks so that we could work side by side. I now consider him a friend.
