Activate Reviews & Product Details

Activate is an enterprise Identity Operations platform that automates identity approvals, provisioning, fulfilment and lifecycle changes across Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, ServiceNow and enterprise applications. Activate coordinates the operational work triggered by identity changes, including joiner, mover and leaver (JML) processes, business and IT approvals, provisioning, deprovisioning and fulfilment across multiple systems. Designed to work alongside existing identity platforms, Activate helps execute identity and access decisions through automated workflows across systems and stakeholders. It supports complex and hybrid enterprise environments where identity processes extend beyond account creation, as well as the operational lifecycle of non-human identities, including service accounts, bots and AI agents.
