I found this is best HRM software which automating various HR processes Ex. payroll, employee onboarding, leave management, & attendance tracking also reduces manual paperwork which is helpful or easier to manage and access information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our organization started using Action a few months ago but it was so easy to work upon that it did not feel like a new one. There are multiple features given like payroll management, employee lifecycle, recruitment, etc. with a blend of customization options.
