What problems is Acterys solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a PE firm, we struggle with organizing data from our portfolio companies. Acterys allowed us to simplify the collection of key financial and operational data, giving us a crystal clear view of all our investments.
Before Acterys, we used another SaaS planning tool that promised integrations with all our other systems. But, the integrations weren't as smooth as promised and we ended up manually moving most data in and out of different systems. We couldn't actually keep track of warning signs in our metrics...and we had just added yet another expensive SaaS tool to our budget. Whats worse is that our business was more complex than this SaaS too'ls out of the box system...so we needed to heavily customize it for our purpose. But what company isn't complex these days? This was a game changer. We were able to replace most of our portfolio company's pointed SaaS solutions with the apps built by Acterys, savings thousands a month. Now we have complete confidence in all the data's accuracy because Acterys built our portfolio company's operational systems that all roll into our single financial planning system.
What we like best about Acterys is that it reduces our need for multiple, disconnected SaaS systems which were rarely used and super costly. We were able to combine our existing Microsoft tools into one integrated suite that meets all our needs. Acterys essentially let us "build our own PE suite" in less time and for a fraction of the cost.
