Acodis offers a wide range of features that make it easier to structure data and tables. In most situations, I find the usage to be intuitive. I am very satisfied with the support. The response time was fast, and my inquiries were handled competently and in a friendly manner. Particularly noteworthy was the clear and understandable communication – even complex technical aspects of the software were explained in a way that was easy to follow. Several meetings were offered during the testing phase, allowing questions to be addressed in one-on-one sessions. In parallel with the testing phase, the support team also worked on optimizing the output, which added significant value to the process. The support was solution-oriented.
