Their remote team watches over our infrastructure 24/7 ensuring maximum uptime and providing quick resolution of any issues that arise. They manage everything from server hardware to application software and they proactively monitor our system and notify us when any changes are required or when they are detecting potential issues. They are really an extension of our team, making it easy for us to focus on running our business knowing that we have an expert partner in our corner taking care of our technology needs.
