Their remote team watches over our infrastructure 24/7 ensuring maximum uptime and providing quick resolution of any issues that arise. They manage everything from server hardware to application software and they proactively monitor our system and notify us when any changes are required or when they are detecting potential issues. They are really an extension of our team, making it easy for us to focus on running our business knowing that we have an expert partner in our corner taking care of our technology needs. **What do you dislike about ACE IT Solutions LLC?** I don’t really have any dislikes with the services they provide. They are great to work with and are always available if we have any questions or need any help. **Recommendations to others considering ACE IT Solutions LLC:** I have no hesitation in recommending ACE IT Solutions to other businesses that need managed services for their IT infrastructure. They make us feel like family and we have complete trust in them to take care of our IT systems so that we can focus on running our business. **What problems is ACE IT Solutions LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our IT infrastructure is mission critical to the business we operate so it is essential that it is managed and maintained properly to ensure high availability. ACE IT Solutions manages our entire IT infrastructure including servers, network equipment, firewalls, office PCs and applications, as well as mobile devices. They continuously monitor and manage our system to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and to identify and resolve any potential issues before they cause a problem. This frees up our time so that we can focus on other areas of the business and most importantly , it ensures that our systems run optimally so we can continue to provide the best possible service to our customers. ### 2. It was like they didn’t want to share the success of the team, which was something I never liked. To say the least, they had a very odd experience. **What do you dislike about ACE IT Solutions LLC?** My experience about Ace was not so good therefore didn’t like much about them **Recommendations to others considering ACE IT Solutions LLC:** Would recommend the management to get rid of dysfunctional folks on the team and you will see great success. **What problems is ACE IT Solutions LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. It is very efficient and useful. **What problems is ACE IT Solutions LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to keep a patients documents all in one place and are able to share between colleagues with ease.
