What do you like best about ACE IT Solutions LLC?

24x7x365 remote monitoring and support is an amazing perk for our business. Their remote team watches over our infrastructure 24/7 ensuring maximum uptime and providing quick resolution of any issues that arise. They manage everything from server hardware to application software and they proactively monitor our system and notify us when any changes are required or when they are detecting potential issues. They are really an extension of our team, making it easy for us to focus on running our business knowing that we have an expert partner in our corner taking care of our technology needs. What do you dislike about ACE IT Solutions LLC?

What problems is ACE IT Solutions LLC solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our IT infrastructure is mission critical to the business we operate so it is essential that it is managed and maintained properly to ensure high availability. ACE IT Solutions manages our entire IT infrastructure including servers, network equipment, firewalls, office PCs and applications, as well as mobile devices. They continuously monitor and manage our system to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and to identify and resolve any potential issues before they cause a problem. This frees up our time so that we can focus on other areas of the business and most importantly , it ensures that our systems run optimally so we can continue to provide the best possible service to our customers. What do you like best about ACE IT Solutions LLC?

The testers were not team players, and they made it difficult for me to feel part of the team. It was like they didn’t want to share the success of the team, which was something I never liked. To say the least, they had a very odd experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
