Support is always quick to respond and customer service is outstanding. Offers everything competitors offer and more at a lower price. **What do you dislike about AccuZIP?** The look of the software is dated. Seems it was initially built about 20 years ago. Sometimes the IMB checkbox causes errors that have to be corrected manually or rerun the mail. **What problems is AccuZIP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accuzip allowed us to process mail and palletize it in an all-in-one affordable solution. It allows us to process all mail classes and makes it easy to submit for electronic processing. ### 2. It saves you a lot of time from having to submit individual ones and also alot of mistakes that one can make if we were to make so many manual entries. **What do you dislike about AccuZIP?** I dislike how the reports/end result is prepared. I think it can be easier to read, it takes a while to get used to it and for everyone using it to be on the same page of things. **Recommendations to others considering AccuZIP:** Make sure to test it out before committing to it **What problems is AccuZIP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making sure that addresses are accurate. Saves us a lot of time from going and forth with our clients and having to waste time in securing their account. ### 3. This allows us to set up a marketing storefront for our customers to be able to order a mailer and have it calculate the price and charge them for printing and postage plus it provides us with a finished production file with the barcode and all other info for the mailing to be fulfilled. **What do you dislike about AccuZIP?** I wish the system was a little more intelligent to be able to identify if a company name should be a first name and visa versa. **Recommendations to others considering AccuZIP:** You should definitely give it a try. It will make your life easier. **What problems is AccuZIP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are integrating the accuzip plugin into our XMPie uStore so that we can provide automated mailings for our customers. ### 4. It allows a lot of customization for automation purpose. It's more coder friendly than other products in the industry. **What do you dislike about AccuZIP?** Its UI is not the best. It's NCOA process doesn't handle address lines/ company name more than 50 characters, which you need to pay attent to. **Recommendations to others considering AccuZIP:** User's experience level.
