What do you like best about Mailers+4?

It is simple to create an import map for your data with Mailers+4. I created it in just a few minutes and was up and running. The program is very easy to use and has all the reports you might need to do your automated mailings with USPS. Once you are set up, you can save the settings and it is even easier the next time. What do you dislike about Mailers+4?

The only thing I ever have a problem with is the address field being to small on my database. That is no fault of Mailers+4, though. However, it does keep addresses with long names from passing verification due to abbreviations, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailers+4?

I work with the desktop version and frequently use the "correct address errors" tools to clean up client lists. It improves everything from NCOA and merge/purge to delivery and response rates! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailers+4?

Monthly updates are delivered on schedule and provide the latest information available for postal addresses. The process of validating addresses is simple once the application has been configured for the layout of the input data. Support has been helpful the few times they've been called upon. What do you dislike about Mailers+4?

The process of configuring the application the first time proved to be challenging. There is also a rather time-consuming round trip to export data from our COTS application, import it into Mailers+4, validate the information, create the output file, and then import it back into our COTS system. It would be helpful if the Mailers+4 portions were automated rather than having to perform the steps manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailers+4 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Mailers+4 for several purposes related to addresses: confirming the correct postal address for new customers, updating location addresses for new construction, etc. Our USPS rejected mail has decreased a non-insignificant percentage since we adopted Mailers+4, and we're more confident in our customer data. What do you like best about Mailers+4?

It's a pretty good tool for mailer de-duping, name parsing, and for finding people in zipcode radii. Being able to import several file formats into the software in order to combine listing from the different sales that come in from all the sources the company has. I think the NCOA process should be included as a feature rather than separate charges. That would make the tool much more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a pretty robust tool and is relatively easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a mailer tool for combining and sorting several file formats into one. What do you like best about Mailers+4?

That my paperwork is always accurate, I don't have problems, the program makes my workflow very easy and smooth. Also, Mailers +4 is very easy to understand anyone can learn the program, and I believe that's a plus. The program has the tabs on the side with all the info you have to type in, and I basically go step by step and fill out the information that is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailers+4?

I wish the program would automatically update itself to the new version instead of me updating the program. But other than that I like the program, I really don't have any negative comments about this program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Mailers+4:

I recommend Mailers+4 for people that mail postcards, catalogs, etc. With Mailers you can do postal presort and address verification, which that's very helpful, other companies don't do both. this is why we have stayed with Mailers cause it does everything we need. I use mailers +4 for shipping catalogs, Which makes my job easy and effective. When using this program, It automatically lets me know if I have to verify an address, which is important for me, since my job requires me to send catalogs to clients, I need to make sure the clients receive the catalogs and not end up missing somewhere in the mail. So that address verification is very helpful for me. Also the postal presorting I do my self and it is always accurate when I take it to the post office, I never have a problem, the paperwork always matches my work. This program makes my job better.
