I think it’s a complementary tool to make strong processes. I trust it as a third-party tool for audit purposes. **What do you dislike about Accurants?** Maybe if there is a new user manual or if the AI could be integrated into the tool for doubts it would be great. The customer support uses some improvement in terms of response times and comprehensive assistance overall its been a poor experience. It would be better if they provided accounting features to make it more useful for businesses. **What do you dislike about Accurants?** Ive noticed how Accurants increases business costs without providing accounting and bookkeeping solutions. Its also not suitable for projects, which is limiting. The software lacks security measures, which is worrying since it has become such a part of our operations. **What problems is Accurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accurants have been obstructive in solving the problem of costs for businesses like ours. The customer support, while it needs to be improved is not quite helpful, in providing assistance. Accurants does not cater well to businesses but expanding its capabilities to handle projects would be better too. They have a quick view feature that inculcates all sales orders, purchase bills, invoices, tax implications at one place which helps in getting fair idea of current status of the business. **What do you dislike about Accurants?** The main drawback is the format style of the software which is predominantly as per US standards, there should be customized options as per users country. Also, it doesn't have 24/7 support team for global coverage, which at times makes me crazy. Initial pricing was very competitive and affordable but now they have increased it drastically. **What problems is Accurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** It doesn't need a desktop to analyze the business status as i can view it on my IPAD and manage it from anywhere. It has ready-made business templates like quotations generator which helps in drafting one in short time. Also, helped me in reducing staff to handle daily bookkeeping and related tasks as i can manage it on my own. ### 8.
