What do you like best about AccountPal?

The most helpful thing about accountpal is surely the integrations it provides like Discoverorg/RainKing, Marketo, Hubspot so you don't have to go out of your way for setting up accounts on those sites and operate separately. Also, since it's built on Saleforce's trustworthy accounting tool, it's super secure. Also, has an easy to use interface and has competitive pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AccountPal?

The account navigator feature definitely needs improvement, also there are some bugs with white-labelling which I wouldn't call a deal breaker as the support is really quick to help you out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AccountPal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monitoring and tracking of campaign analytics via accountpal has been really easy and also the integrations allow you to be interoperable without switching platforms a lot which is great. What do you like best about AccountPal?

AccountPal maintains high security and hardly records or exposes PCI and Sensitive Data like credit card details since it's built on a trustworthy cloud accounting tool (Salesforce).

Campaign analytics is another great aspect since we track the progress of campaigns on critical accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AccountPal?

What do you like best about AccountPal?

One of the best features of AccountPal is Campaign Attribution Analytics, this feature analyzes which campaign is impacting revenue using different models. The next feature that I love about AccountPal is Account engagement with PlayBooks, It really comes in handy when dealing with large accounts, this feature greatly helps to assign plays for each member of the sales team so that they can target and work on specific contacts in accordance to the plan. Each member knows what his or her role is and managers can monitor the status of the plays. Key Contact Engagement Analysis is also a good feature of AccountPal which tracks and monitors how you are engaging with your key contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AccountPal?

Current State Analysis is the least liked AccountPal feature on my list, as this feature is imperfect and needs more work from AccountPal's end, to make it work. Next is Account Navigator this feature of AccountPal is good but can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AccountPal:

I have been using AccountPal to help increase our renewal rates, great app to map the key contacts as well as automatically generate renewals.,and it working fabulously.

Targets Content Problem - AccountPal Enables sales teams to use targeted marketing material. AccountPal enables the sales team to have access to necessary marketing collateral based on the life cycle stage of the customer as well as verticals.

1. It is easy to use.

2. The interface is quite user-friendly.

3. Pricing is cheaper and makes it easy to afford.

More improvements can be done.

We wanted a software which could enable us to do all the monitoring and tracking of campaign analytics.
