**What do you like best about Accountancy Cloud?**

They know how to work with start-ups
We were a company based out of India, and they were able to understand our problems and solved it.

**What do you dislike about Accountancy Cloud?**

Response time is too high. Takes time to reach out to them. Every time we reach, we need to explain full history to them.

**Recommendations to others considering Accountancy Cloud:**

You need to have some basic knowledge before you opt them. 
If you know what to get done, then it will be an easy place for you to get that done. But if you don't have an idea on what to be completed, then you will be lost completely. 

I rate them 4 out of 5. If they improve their response time, I can increase this to 5 as well.

**What problems is Accountancy Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our client was looking for accounting and tax solutions in UK. We referred them to Accountancy cloud. 
The best part with them is they will actually help end to end, in accounting, tax others. Especially start-ups need best priced services, they are ones to go.

Accountancy Cloud offered accounting and finance support for our startup.

**What do you like best about Accountancy Cloud?**

The onboarding process was super easy, and the team are very responsive to our needs. Their platform is very easy to use and works with Xero very well.

**What do you dislike about Accountancy Cloud?**

None that I can think of. Accountancy Cloud are doing a great job.

**What problems is Accountancy Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accountancy Cloud makes our lives easier as we don't have to handle the books or worry about taxes. They are super efficient and hands on.
