**What do you like best about AccountAim?**

AccountAim has been a game-changer for me in my role as a new BDR. The daily task lists and visibility into account activity have been incredibly helpful, allowing me to stay on top of outreach and ensure I'm touching all my accounts regularly. I was able to ramp up quickly and efficiently, working through hundreds of accounts in a short time. This is one of the biggest reasons I was able to surpass my ramp quota. I don’t think I would have been able to get up to speed as fast without AccountAim.

**What do you dislike about AccountAim?**

I’d love to be able to incorporate more of my saved LinkedIn filters into AccountAim’s workflow.

**What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a new BDR, AccountAim has made me proactive and effective in my outreach. With a large account list, it’s now easy for me to stay on top of my work and ensure I'm touching the right accounts at the right time.

**What do you like best about AccountAim?**

AccountAim has given me the ability to do more advanced reporting on our GTM metrics without having to get my data engineering team involved. The ability to look at snapshots of any data point in our CRM has been a game changer.

**What do you dislike about AccountAim?**

More visualization options would be nice - the basics are covered but being able to choose different chart types would make my dashboards easier to interpret.

**What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use AccountAim across most of our GTM teams today but I primarily use it for advanced reporting that is difficult or impossible to do in Salesforce. AccountAim makes it really easy to build, report, and share analysis that used to take hours to build in Excel and was never kept up to date.

The built-in data discrepancy notifications have also helped make our reporting a lot more reliable. We’ve used it to figure out where some of our biggest data gaps are and built dashboards to keep things a lot cleaner going forward.

**What do you like best about AccountAim?**

AccountAim has been one of the easiest tools to learn how to use and has saved me a lot of time while I ramp up as a new SDR. It’s really nice not to have to log in to another tool. Every morning I just get a list of my top prospects sent to me in my email to follow up on. The team has also been super responsive when I have any questions or suggestions.

**What do you dislike about AccountAim?**

I sometimes receive notifications for accounts that were contacted recently by someone else on the team after we reshuffled books. It would be nice to be able to see all of the touchpoints with my prospects by other people in the organization but I know this is on the roadmap.

**What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AccountAim is solving the account targeting problem. Outbound reps usually have a huge market to cover with a lot of tools telling us different things about each account. The tool cuts through the noise and makes sure we are always pointed at the very best accounts. It gets me more meetings!

Overcomes reporting limitations in HubSpot without needing to learn how to use a data warehouse or SQL.

They don’t always have every chart type, but are responsive in adding them on request.

**What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AccountAim makes our GTM data usable and actionable. They combined data across systems, improved the structure and quality of it, and made it actionable through advanced analytics like ARR waterfalls and processes like target account lists. This gives us the visibility we need to make GTM decisions, while saving us a lot of time and data infra expenses.

**What do you like best about AccountAim?**

My days are so much more productive with AccountAim because it saves me 10 hours per week of choosing which accounts to work. It does the heavy lifting for me, and I get a daily email of great accounts showing key triggers for my outreach, which helps me keep my volume up and decreases my mental load. When days get busy, I have confidence that AccountAim will send me the best accounts so I can focus on other key tasks. I also love that they send notifications straight to me. I don’t have to get into another interface or even spend time looking through Salesforce reports.

**What do you dislike about AccountAim?**

Hard to say anything negative about a product that shoots me great accounts each day. It would be nice if they had a LinkedIn integration to pull a few extra data points like new hires.

**What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem they’re solving is deciding which accounts to work within a large book of business with data overload. AccountAim makes sure I’m not missing any accounts signaling possible intent or that I haven’t left any solid accounts unworked for too long. This helped me ramp quickly with my new book of business and keep activity levels up. Their reporting also shows that their recommendations create meetings 10-20% more than our average accounts.

**What do you like best about AccountAim?**

AccountAim makes sure that I never miss an account that should be in sequence. I probably save 1-2 hours a day that I used to spend digging through Salesforce & SalesNav to find accounts that qualify for activity. I use that extra time to better personalize my outreach or utilize video messaging for prospects, which helps my response rates.

**What do you dislike about AccountAim?**

Occasionally I get a recommendation for an account that isn’t high quality, but it’s typically due to data issues in our own CRM. However, having AccountAim surface these accounts is a good reminder to clean up the record going forward.

**What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a tenured BDR with 500+ accounts, there are more Outreach tasks than I can keep track of and good accounts get lost. AccountAim makes sure that I am always aware of these accounts so that I keep my activity numbers up and am always touching my best accounts.

**What do you like best about AccountAim?**

The streamlined analytics and workflows make our BDRs much more productive. AccountAim serves up the best accounts to be worked to each BDR everyday so that they can spend all of their time on personalization and activity. It also ensures that quality accounts don’t slip through the cracks!

It’s clear the AccountAim team is still in the early stages, but they have been an incredible partner and are quick to implement changes based on our feedback. They have taken one of the most proactive and responsive approaches of any vendor that we have!

**What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Account prioritization has been one of our toughest challenges, but we’ve seen it is one of the keys to making our BDR team as efficient as possible. Historically, account prioritization has been one of the biggest differentiators between our best-performing reps and the rest. AccountAim has given even our newly ramping reps the ability to prioritize accounts like our best performers and has helped give each rep 1-3 hours back every day to focus on selling, allowing more time for enablement and calling.

**What do you like best about AccountAim?**

It's an easy-to-use tool that we started seeing value from in the first week of implementing. The team is super responsive, and I feel like a truly valued partner. The service and support have been fantastic.

**What do you dislike about AccountAim?**

We'd love to have more capabilities to customize the reporting designs. We've provided the feedback to the team and know it's on their roadmap, so hope to see this live soon.

**What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AccountAim is allowing us to efficiently spot breakdowns and issues in our sales processes that benefits us in two key ways. First, we are able to identify issues in real-time allowing us to fix problems that used to take weeks or months to solve (or never get solved) in minutes. Second, AccountAim is super flexible. We initially brought it on to help with our sales process compliance but have recently started using across our customer success organization as well with possibly even better results.

**What do you like best about AccountAim?**

The AccountAim team has been the most supportive of any software vendor that we have. They consistently look for new areas to add value and are incredibly proactive. Furthermore, they are very easy to communicate with and are more than willing to help out with any questions we have.

**What do you dislike about AccountAim?**

Nothing as of yet. The team makes it incredibly easy to quicly fix any issues we encounter with reporting.

**What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using AccountAim to automate much of our account and deal reporting out of HubSpot. They've taken a process that used to take us multiple hours to update and was error-prone to just one-click of a button. We've started to use their Segments and Statuses features to follow up on low-hanging opportunities that we would have missed otherwise.

Gives me confidence that I am not missing any great accounts and that I’ll get credit for accounts that are warming up. It pulls together all of our data sources, so I don’t have to dig through Salesforce myself.

**What do you dislike about AccountAim?**

We control AccountAim at the team level right now. I’d like to be able to customize some of the account prioritization and notification timing to my own personal specifications.

Helps me hit my activity goals. It’s the first place I look to for net new accounts to reach out to. It also helps answer the question of what is working for prospecting - which customer segments, signals, and sales campaigns perform best.

AccountAim makes it easy to ensure I'm always adding great prospects to my top of funnel. Every day I get a digest of the best accounts that I can drop straight into sequences, so I can get a the rhythm of selling and hitting my activity numbers instead of spending an inordinate amount of time combing through long Salesforce lists.

**What do you dislike about AccountAim?**

I’d love an integration with LinkedIn data.

**What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all my account data is a challenge. With 1,000 accounts and multiple data points within each, it’s hard to know for sure which accounts are most worth targeting. It took me 1-2 hours of account research per day prior to adopting AccountAim.

Nothing so far. I've been pleased with the team and product but will update this review if I encounter something.

AccountAim has helped bring organization to our sales team and systematically surface accounts for our team to target and follow up with. Without a dedicated RevOps team, staying on top of our best prospects and customers has been challenging. The combination of reporting and automated workflows has helped make our territory planning more effective without adding work to our plate.

AccountAim has taken the incredibly manual process of account scoring and territory planning off of our plates. What used to take us weeks and was a constant headache now just takes a couple of minutes to review.

**What do you dislike about AccountAim?**

There are some UI improvements that would be nice to have but the entire team has been incredibly supportive when we have any questions.We're super excited about their product roadmap and some of the new features they are working on rolling out.

**What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AccountAim has helped us automate our account scoring and territory management process. We no longer have to worry about rep's not knowing which accounts to target or which activities they should be doing each week. We've also started to use AccountAim to audit out current sales process and spot issues in real-time.

The ease of use of the platform is fantastic. The entire implementation and onboarding process were a breeze.

So far nothing has come to mind. The team has been really receptive to our feedback and has gone out of their way to help, even in areas outside of their core product.

**What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to keep our account scoring continuously up-to-date and incorporate feedback from our sales reps has been a life saver. We used to spend so much time and energy scoring and re-scoring accounts, only for our reps to tell us that all of the accounts were bad. Now we're able to get their feedback in real-time to update our scoring models.

**What do you like best about AccountAim?**

The ability to automatically prioritize our prospects and customers has changed how we do business. Our sales process has improved significantly and we are no longer having to piece together custom reports to figure out who we need to contact and when. It integrates seamlessly with HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about AccountAim?**

There was a slight learning curve initially but there isn't much I dislike about AccountAim. Would love to see more reporting built in the platform but the support team has helped us get all of the insights we've needed.

Ramping up new sales team members faster. It removes the need to build new books when reps come on and figure out who they should target, allowing me to focus on delivering value to our customers.

AccountAim's team has saved us hours of having to sift through sales data in HubSpot and stitch together reports to share with the executive team. The increased visibility has been great and given us the ability to spend more time thinking through strategy rather than focusing on manual tasks.

AccountAim sits on the edge of assisting smaller startups and larger growth companies so it sometimes seems they don't have time for us. However, they have a lot of product features on their roadmap that we're excited to implement in the hopes it frees us up more time spent with us.

The entire AccountAim team is incredibly helpful. They have some of the best customer support of any tool that we have used, often responding in minutes to any questions or new requests we have.

It'd be great to have a bit more customization on the reporting side.

**What problems is AccountAim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AccountAim give us transparency into our GTM processes and flags issues in real-time. Unlike a traditional BI tool, AccountAim actually connects reporting to our workflows so when an issue arises or an action needs to be taken. we have a solution in place without having to jump between multiple systems. The tool is flexible and has been able to adapt even as our own org and processes have grown and changed over the past year.

**What do you like best about AccountAim?**

AccountAim has been a game changer by surfacing over 50 deals in the last quarter that were our highest-scored, but weren't being worked. Thanks to their platform, we've seen a significant increase in the quality of our pipeline (we uncovered $1M+ of stalled pipeline with our best-fit customers). The team got us onboarded quickly and we saw value nearly instantly.

**What do you dislike about AccountAim?**

Nothing really to note so far - there are a few features on their roadmap that we're excited to get our hands on and put through their paces. Looking forward to more customized reporting.

The ability to know at a glance where we aren't giving our best prospects and customers the attention they need. We also used AccountAim to track how well our sales reps were following our Rules of Engagement

**What do you like best about AccountAim?**

Love the integration with HubSpot and the improved visibility into our sales process. We are able to uncover so many more prospects in our ICP and ensure our sales team has what they need to work them. AccountAim gives both our sales reps and our sales leaders more immediate visibility into what is working and what isn't, so we can manage our entire sales processes more efficiently and effectively.

AccountAim can be a bit overwhelming because it offers so much in it's functionality. However, their support team has been fantastic in answering questions and getting us what we need.

AccountAim has had a transformational impact on our sales and revops functions. They've helped organize and contextualize our metrics around best practices.

Nothing. They have been incredibly supporting and easy to work with. We've seen great ROI.
