We were juggling different tools to share materials, track engagement, and keep everyone aligned, which can make things confusing for clients. Now, with Accord, everything lives in one spot: the demo recording, proposals, mutual action plans, and next steps. It’s made our conversations way more organised and collaborative. Accord does a phenomenal job with their next steps feature. Ive found this feature above all others extremely helpful when juggling multi year renewals for several fortune 500 companies at a time. It drives accountability, while maintaining visibility across internal teams as well as the customers buying committee. Additionally, I enjoy the resource and summary tabs. These two elements really help keep historical contracts, executive priorities and supplemental information organized during a deal cycle. The softwares integrations could be stronger. For example, Accord could provide a briefing in solutions like Salesloft or Outlook or Zoom prior to calls. Accord is a way that my customers can not only see where they are at within the project, but who has the next step and when is it due. It's the dominos pizza effect, where people want to know when their pizza is in the oven vs out for delivery. Accord does this for them but makes is super easy to setup and follow along. The clean UX allows for both users (me) and my clients to not feel overwhelmed where sharing a ton of information back and forth. Our team has greatly benefitted since we've started using Accord to organize our customer onboardings. It's brought much needed structure and collaboration to our process. As a result, our onboarding team routinely receives top reviews from customers about the experience, organization, and communication. Further down the life cycle, our customer team finds it beneficial to be able to review notes for customer goals and configuration settings that were established and noted here.
