## About ABAVault
ABAVault is practice management software for ABA therapy providers. Clinical data collection, billing and HR run on one database, so a session an RBT records becomes the note the BCBA signs, the claim the biller sends and the hours in the payroll export, and nobody re-types anything. RBTs collect data on a phone with no signal: DTT with prompt hierarchies, frequency, rate, duration, latency, interval recording, task analysis and ABC. Graphs carry phase lines and mastery thresholds. Billing generates 837P files and CMS-1500 forms, checks eligibility before care, and posts ERAs back. HR keeps a PTO accrual ledger, tracks credential expirations, and builds a payroll export from GPS-verified clock-ins for the payroll service a practice already uses. Scheduling flags conflicts and authorization limits before they reach the calendar, and a caregiver portal lets families see sessions, sign consents, message the team and pay by card. ABAVault is in beta and free while the beta runs.
