It takes a lot of the guesswork out of trying to come up with ideas for your team, especially if you are not creative. **What do you dislike about Motivity?** The cost seems high, but what would you pay to keep your best-performing employees? Turnover is expensive, and this does aim to reduce some of that through continuing education **What problems is Motivity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Motivity is solving the employee engagement and communication problem we can have in a high-paced work environment and prevents us from missing opportunities to value employees. ### 5. The system is very complex and you have to take classes to make it do right. **What problems is Motivity solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's great for organizing a bunch of things and people at one time. After you learn how to work the system, it definitely works for you. ### 6.
