Abacus Private Cloud is very good product. It is very easy to setup and easy to interate. Even it has features including elasticity, scalability and ease of service delivery with the access control, security and resource customization of on premises infrastructer. Nothing. This company is literally the worst I have ever done business with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They insist on multi-year contracts while providing underpowered hardware and then refuse to cancel the contract because the fine print actually says that the server you are leasing is not guaranteed to be suitable for any specific use. It cannot even run its own sister company's software (OfficeTools).

I have been paying a monthly fee for the past four years even though I haven't used the server past the first six months due to its extremely poor performance.

It is also annoying to have to contact support every time an update needs to be installed.

Also, they claim that after-hours support is available for emergencies but at least three separate attempts to contact them for three separate support tickets were unsuccessful. They didn't even call me back the next day during normal support hours, and each time I had to call them back myself in order to get help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature of Abacus Private Cloud (APC) is that it gave our organization flexibility. We were stuck in old technology and really had to make several generations leap ahead, and APC was the best solution to make this jump to best serve our business and allow us to become a server-less environment. No dislikes, they did a great job of migrating us to their APC product. At the same time we did switch from G-Suite to Office365 and there is more of a challenge with Microsoft and that migration than anything with APC.
