It is very easy to setup and easy to interate. Even it has features including elasticity, scalability and ease of service delivery with the access control, security and resource customization of on premises infrastructer. I use it in my daily work. Abacus Private Cloud customer support team is very responsive. **What do you dislike about Abacus Private Cloud?** As per my usage i have not found any downside in this product. **What problems is Abacus Private Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps you increase revenue, reduce costs and maximize eļ¬ƒciencies. APC puts your local IT infrastructure, desktop software applications, SaaS applications, and data in an integrated virtual workspace that's accessible on any device, anywhere, anytime. ### 2. This company is literally the worst I have ever done business with. **What do you dislike about Abacus Private Cloud?** They insist on multi-year contracts while providing underpowered hardware and then refuse to cancel the contract because the fine print actually says that the server you are leasing is not guaranteed to be suitable for any specific use. It cannot even run its own sister company's software (OfficeTools). I have been paying a monthly fee for the past four years even though I haven't used the server past the first six months due to its extremely poor performance. It is also annoying to have to contact support every time an update needs to be installed. Also, they claim that after-hours support is available for emergencies but at least three separate attempts to contact them for three separate support tickets were unsuccessful. They didn't even call me back the next day during normal support hours, and each time I had to call them back myself in order to get help. **What problems is Abacus Private Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** My wallet is a lot thinner and lighter since hiring Abacus Private Cloud. ### 4. We were stuck in old technology and really had to make several generations leap ahead, and APC was the best solution to make this jump to best serve our business and allow us to become a server-less environment. We no longer have to worry about backups, hardware, uptime, that is all handled by APC seamlessly. **What do you dislike about Abacus Private Cloud?** No dislikes, they did a great job of migrating us to their APC product. At the same time we did switch from G-Suite to Office365 and there is more of a challenge with Microsoft and that migration than anything with APC. APC has been tremendous in helping us with all Office365 issues. **What problems is Abacus Private Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had 2 major issues - our lease was finished, so we needed to move and re-locate several of our team members and we needed to upgrade our technology at the same time, so instead of going backwards and installing new servers, switches and network gear, we easily cut over to APC and with an internet connection our team can be working together in the same environment. ### 5. Office and at home. **What do you dislike about Abacus Private Cloud?** The process of having to change password. **What problems is Abacus Private Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefit of having access to all of your work programs at any time at home is fantastic. During this COVID-19 crisis, we were able to start working from home immediately. Even before this crisis, if I ever felt sick but still needed to get payroll done and an urgent document completed, I could do it all from home. ### 6.
