The Xtensio user experience is excellent and clearly a lot of work has gone into designing a tool that is easy to use. I am neither artistic nor technical and yet I was able to create projects that looked like they were designed by a professional. The AI is incredibly intuitive and changes are easy to make. The price is very reasonable for everything they are offering. I had one minor issue with upgrading my plan but their support was incredibly quick and helpful. The information architecture of the platform is puzzling. Templates and Folios are not well explained in a way that is helpful to users. The app struggled with some browsers and I had a lot of issues with loading. Lastly, there needs to be more editing tools. A hugely cool app that needs more development and cleanup.
