**What do you like best about WebinarNinja?**

One thing I like is the offer button within the webinar.  This enables the presenter to show a call-to-action at the correct time during the session so that attendees can engage easily without leaving the webinar. Monitoring and follow-up become easier with all the activities including registration details, attendance data, replay activity, offer engagement on one dashboard. It enables better understanding of attendee behavior after each event.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

The email editor that is built-in is quite basic. It is good for automated reminders and follow-up messages, but if you desire highly personalized HTML email designs, it will be somewhat limiting. It is efficient for conventional webinar messaging to accomplish the task.

**What problems is WebinarNinja solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before WebinarNinja, coordinating several tools and tracking info on separate platforms were the norm for webinars.  Collecting all registration, webinar hosting and engagement data at one place has made the process more streamlined and manual follow-ups less.  One centralized workflow has helped our team better keep track of webinar engagement and lead nurturing work.

**What do you like best about WebinarNinja?**

The initial setup is quick. As in, really really fast. My first webinar was live in less than 20 minutes. The registration page, email reminders, and all. No tools external required. Email sequences will send confirmation and follow-up mails on your behalf. Live sessions have effective engagement using a chat and Q&A. You can watch the replay seconds after it is over! I save hours each week as a bypass operator.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

It would be great if the landing page editor had additional fonts and layouts options The templates have a clean and professional design but have limited ability to control branding. Even so, the pages provide an excellent conversion rate that I can’t complain too much.

**What problems is WebinarNinja solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I utilized Zoom, an email tool, and a landing page builder for my work. Three devices, three invoices, consistent syncing problems. WebinarNinja took the place of all three. It is easier to capture leads now because attendees don’t have to download anything. Registration drop-offs decreased significantly.

**What do you like best about WebinarNinja?**

WebinarNinja’s features are well-suited for virtual fundraising events, volunteer onboarding, and donor education programs. The landing page builder is easy to manage, even for small teams that lack dedicated design resources. Live polls can be a good way to get feedback from attendees and see what areas are of interest during events.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

It would be nice to see a special non-profit pricing model. The current pricing is competitive considering the offer, but giving extra discounts to registered non-profits will make this platform more accessible for teams with a budget.

**What problems is WebinarNinja solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarNinja enabled us to continue hosting virtual events when in-person gatherings weren’t possible. Having all of the registration, reminders, webinar hosting and attendee engagement in one platform has made event management easier for our team. Automated communication features help minimize manual administrative work and streamline the process of staying organised throughout the event process.

**What do you like best about WebinarNinja?**

The series feature is what I needed. Clients register once for a four-session financial planning workshop and get access to all sessions. No re-registering each week. The Q&A upvoting during live sessions is excellent. Attendees vote on the questions they want answered most. Helps me prioritize when there are more questions than time. GDPR compliance is important in a regulated industry and WebinarNinja covers that.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

It would be great if there is a basic Certificate or attendance tracker for CPE credit purposes. Although this isn't ideal for us, and we work around it, and the core webinar experience is strong. A point to make for future versions.

**What problems is WebinarNinja solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One-on-one client calls were non-scalable. WebinarNinja enabled large-scale collaborative learning. How we will keep you up to date on your services? They get there prepared. It enhances productivity of conversations from day one.

**What do you like best about WebinarNinja?**

All things can be found in one place. Copywriter for Landing Pages Important moments Email Automation Complete Package Subscription for Webinar Beneficial. The hybrid option facilitates the recording of a pre-recorded segment with a subsequent live interaction. I still think I’m smooth when I’m not ready to go cold. Registration pages convert at a high rate. I don't interact with automated processes.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

I had to pay for three tools that have to be in sync. They often were out of sync. WebinarNinja provided anything and everything for less. Slim chances of failure. Less time spent managing technology. Devote additional effort toward content.

**What problems is WebinarNinja solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosts could enjoy a more mobile friendly experience. Does not happen on a daily basis though. The desktop core product is great though and that is where most of the work happens anyway.

**What do you like best about WebinarNinja?**

We’re mainly here because of the automated webinar feature. We recorded the product demo once. Currently, it operates on a set timetable every day. Leads sign up, watch, get follow up emails automatically, without our team’s intervention.  By integrating Facebook pixel, we retarget individuals who registered but did not watch.  That alone has contributed active projects.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

Thus analytics could be deepened further. I would like to learn how far down each attendee watched before leaving. Having this data would make for a better demonstration. Current statistics adequately counter attendance and replay incidents, and it suffices for most situations.

**What problems is WebinarNinja solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales representatives spent hours a week running the same live demo. That hindrance is no more. The demo is run 24/7. Customers come educated on the product. Take all necessary measures to make Covid-19 free workplace.

The promise of WN was significant but the execution so consistently poor that ended with the product being so non financially viable as to have to be sold and restructured beyond recognition.

**What do you like best about WebinarNinja?**

I liked how easy it was to set up and run a webinar. The software has a user-friendly interface and a lot of features to customize your webinar experience. It is pretty easy to set up and manage webinars for learners, even for someone with limited technical skills like me. I can create landing pages, polls, offers, chat with learners, and more. The video and audio quality are also very good.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

I haven’t found anything major as of now. Yes, the customization options for email templates were somewhat limited, I felt. While I could personalize my content, I wished there was more flexibility in terms of design and layout.

**What problems is WebinarNinja solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a coach, I always looked for a better platform than Google Meet, or Skype to manage classes. Although they are good for basic video sessions, I felt the need for a good webinar tool as my learners increased in numbers. After browsing different options, and testing free trials, I liked WebinarNinja more. All I can conclude is that it’s a decent software platform, especially for those with a tight budget, or if you’re just starting out.

**What do you like best about WebinarNinja?**

Webinarninja has been great since its beginnings years ago. They provide a variety of services for live, evergreen and hybrid webinar services. Their training and continued webinars teaching on different aspects of the program are inspiring, interesting, and easy to learn. I've always been impressed by all they do with a focus on serving their customers not just selling to customers.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

I haven't found any downsides with WebinarNinja. They are responsive to customers, have a great product that they are consistently upgrading. Even when they did a big platform change some time ago, they took care of us during the transition.

**What problems is WebinarNinja solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an easy platform to run evergreen webinars and move people into courses (on the same platform). It does a variety things to help connect me with my customers so I don't need to use several different software programs to collect leads, send emails and follow up, and run webinars or courses. It really has everything: automated email, landing pages, analytics, chat, downloads and integrations to run other CRM programs (not sure why you'd need to) and take payment for the courses or webinars. It's affordable for me and saves me from the hassle and cost of using multiple products.

It is very easy to set up webinar. You can create a webinar quickly and without a big learning curve.

In addition, you have different webinar options, such as live, evergreen or hybrid webinars.

What I don't like is that direct integration with other tools is limited, for example, in my case, I can't integrate directly with moosend, which is the email marketing platform I use.

If you are looking for a simple tool to facilitate webinars, without technical complications, webinarninja is for you.

In ninja webinar you will find the basics to facilitate webinar, without having to go through a big learning curve

For me it was the software that made it easy for me to start giving webinars, it is a very intuitive tool, without complications in configuration.

The interface would be nice... if it worked.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

Everything. They decided to perform server maintenance 2 days before a webinar I had been planning for 2 months with 600+ registrants. Their servers failed, sent out 4000+ emails to my registrants and caused my email to be blocked and labeled as spam thanks to their incompentency. During the webinar I wasn't able to go live with video either, I had and only could rely on using YouTube videos. At the end of my presentation, I sent everyone a link to YouTube Live so we could continue the webinar there because nearly 400+ people couldn't log in to WebinarNinja's servers. 

Their analytics are also off in many cases. I have data showing that over 3000+ people tried to register for my webinar but due to their registration software only 20% were actually able to register. Many got errors saying their @gmail, @Me, @hotmail accounts wouldn't register. 

Their customer service is an absolute joke. Don't buy into their "In under 5 minutes you get a response" BS they put out on their site. It would take them 15-24 hours to even 'SEE' the message. All of their customer service reps have and use canned responses too. "Oh, we're sorry for the trouble. We're working hard to fix it. Have a good day." Meanwhile, none of their services are working, the whole site is crashing, you're getting hundreds of emails from angry customers whose inboxes are being filled with dozens of random emails from you... Their whole service is an absolute joke. STAY AWAY!!!

The only problem I'm solving is understanding what a horrible company they are and to stay away from them.

Excellent customer support, they assist on how to configure the environment. The platform is simply and covers all the webinar workflow. At the starter price it provides more tools than the competitors.

In the functionality of on-demand webinars  you cant edit the recorded file. If you have technical problems us we had, the platform does not allow you to cut out or upload a new corrected session.

If you are looking for a professional tool, you will reach the roof of Webinar Ninja quickly.

We could cover end-to-end webinars management. We could cover all the workflow, but we reached the platform's roof quickly. I think that webinar ninja is growing. Maybe in the future, they can give more advanced options.

This tool makes it insanely easy to create a webinar. Even when I've had to teach people who have never done it, they find it intuitive and straightforward. The registration pages and email sequences also make it easy to promote and ensure that people show up live!

The only downside is that I have run into a few smaller problems, like my webinar replay being in a funny format. Luckily, they are always quick to help and fix!

They provide a webinar ninja academy and I highly recommend watching these videos to help you get started!

That it is easy. Both for me and for the end user. I really like how easy it is to automatically send emails which I can edit or add more to.
And it's easy to add and time polls and offers.

I did have some trouble on my last webinar of people not being able to see the video I uploaded and when they tried logging in again it wouldn't let them. But when I let Webinar Ninja know they were already working on fixing it.

The software is simple and does a few basic webinar functions. That's it. Read on to hear why this company is a scam.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

This company steals money from people. Stay away. Their business model is to prey on people with free trials and charge you thousands of dollars with a 'no refunds for any reason policy' due to a scammy auto-renewal. Their customer service is a joke and will patronize you, saying they can't because the policy says no, and try to sell you on using their software again despite saying it did not have basic features you need and that you were never going to use it, and not providing any confidence that they are good people worth working with. 

Their rep, Anna, would be fired at any normal company for suggesting that someone should pay thousands of dollars among their personal budget for the year for a service they have never used. Maybe this company will give her a raise for stealing money from someone, just as they've directed her to?

Should be more like what problems have I realized, like being virtually mugged by a corporation. Benefits: Realizing that you should read reviews before even considering a free trial, regardless of if you are interested in using the product. I would've seen the countless other reviews confirming that this company steals money from people.

We joined so long ago that we have WN for life. There were many bumps along the way, but their product is MUCH more refined now. They keep improving and we love them.

One of the only webinar providers to offer Webinar Series - we were excited to use this for our webinar series. Unfortunately due to major technical issues we had to cancel the webinar series after just one successful webinar.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

Huge technical problems, poor customer support & they scheduled planned maintenance when our webinar was meant to go live and never told us, couldn't help us move the date/time (without just under 1,000 people needing to re-opt in) and even emailed all out attendees during maintenance saying the webinar was an hour away, on soon etc which sent all our customers to error links, a platform full of errors and us unable to launch the webinar. Terrible software.

Was looking for Webinar Series software - WebinarNinja did not solve this and do not offer a good product.

**What do you like best about WebinarNinja?**

The software is easy and simple to learn and work with. 
Also, the email system it has makes the process of the webinar easier.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

There are some crucial bugs in the software. 
- As the presenter, if you try to enter the studio 1 second after the time of the scheduled webinar, or something goes wrong with the internet and you have to enter the software again, the system blocks you out, while the viewers can still enter.  So,  you simply can't present, can't talk to people saying that you can't enter even, and you cant make a new webinar link while the time of the current webinar is not finished. 
- Issues and bugs with uploading cover image. 
- Issues with statistical analysis. Not all my webinars show the numbers. 
- changing plan of the subscription might get blocked somehow, and you need help to resolve it.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarNinja:**

I have had the most horrible customer support experience with Webinarninja. They answer all sweet and nice but many times with no solution, asking to wait while they check better. But the worst was my last webinar. I had an upcoming webinar for 1700 subscriptions, I upgraded my plan to the max, 1000 viewers, many hours before the webinar. But when the webinar started and people started to complain I realised that, there was a bug and I was not upgraded. I asked for emergency help in the chat, took them 30 min to answer and were not able to help. Trying to save the webinar, I changed my plan many, my credit card got charged but the system did not work. I finished the webinar with 300 viewers and 700 angry ones that were not able to enter the webinar.  
I asked for an explanation and my money back in the chat. With a conversation that took more than a month, with different people, all asking the same questions over and over, without checking what has happened till they took over. The explanation was the same as well, such as "you can't have more people than your subscription" "you should upgrade to have more capacity". 
After 14 days the "manager" started talking to me which was even worse than the rest, she repeated all that the others said. Never accepted to do a refund of course. She offered me 1 free month while the previous person had offered me 2 months, and I hadn't accepted.

2. After they did an "update" the week of 01/18/2021....
- They gave NO WARNING that their platform would be unusable during this time.
- I spent hundreds on ads, when I went live no one could access the webinar.
- The email notifications could not be accessed or turned off
- No access to registration embed forms
- Customer service wouldn't respond for HOURS
- I asked for a refund of the last month ($99), and to cancel my subscription.
- The Customer Service Manager CJ left my requests on read, and refused to answer me.

DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM!

Quick respond from customer service and very good at saying apology but they can not give real solution to you. They will offer waiver as compensation since its at no extra cost to them but the damages were done for.

Lack of stability at the host and viewer for LIVE webinar. Server problem causing host and viewers detected as multiple connections and causing unintended auto rejection. Possible complain and  lost of viewer and disastrous LIVE webinar because as a Host you could not enter the studio nor broadcast the LIVE webinar.

Statistics were not helpful, you can not see how many of the attendees were actually attended the full webinar or when they leave.

I ask for refund but all they can say is ..."our refund policy does not allow me to refund you following our terms. Your subscription is paid in advance and you do have access to your plan until the end of the billing period."

Please check if you do LIVE webinar might consider other option. The platform is ok if you do not intend to do live webinar.

Their product simply doesn't work. The analytics do not work. The video upload doesn't work. The registration pages break. It doesn't integrate with Active Campaign easily at all. People who registered and people who attended your webinar are considered the same. On top of that, they automatically charge your card for an ANNUAL plan after your trial period ends and aren't able to issue refunds within the first 30 days. I tried everything I could to work with webinar ninja, but they simply suck...and they know they suck, and this is why they don't issue refunds.

Don't. It's an overpriced video platform. You may as well use Youtube Live or Vimeo an integrate with Active Campaign. There is absolutely no value Webinar Ninja is providing.

I have been using WebinarNinja's platform since 2016. I've watched them grow and improve and learn. The company is fully invested in helping its users have a great experience with the service. I love the training, their responsiveness, and their willingness to feature their users and help promote the webinars we create. They recognize that they succeed by helping their users succeed, and I'm excited for the improvements and new features I know are just around the corner. Like, seriously excited!

I wish they had more payment platforms that I could use for my paid webinars. I like their registration pages and the fact that I can take payments, but I have had to do a few creative workarounds through my website for payments and I'd rather keep all of it within the same registration process.

I have used WebinarNinja not only for live training classes, but also to just record myself doing a mix of webcam and screen sharing videos that I can download and use in other places like my Youtube channel. Working for a company with a pretty big client base myself, I understand that issues come up and mistakes happen. This is where the support of a company comes in play. In case of Webinar ninja however, it didn't. They pushed a backend update without notifying the users in any way, which caused registration links to be non-functional and 75% of the participants being unable to join. Sh!t happens I guess? Of course it does. My issue however is that their support is absolutely non-existant. They answer once a day, and for the last 48 hours their replies were like "all looks fine to us", or "could you please refresh and look again"?

Stay away unless you carry a lucky charm. Because if something goes wrong, you are on your own. 

A disappointed client, which paid their most expensive package available.

Unlike many of the webinar solutions out there, Webinar Ninja is easy to use even if you aren't tech savvy. The interface is straightforward and makes setting up your webinar quick. It allows for live, automated, and hybrid webinars, it allows for integrations with Stripe so you can have paid webinars, and for Zapier integrations so you can easily build a list from your webinar registrations. They also have great tutorials and helpful webinars and seem to be continually striving to improve the product.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

There are no real downsides to Webinar Ninja that aren't seen in all Webinar solutions. Once you go over 100 seats in your webinar room, it can become a little pricy, but no more than other comparable solutions.

Definitely go for the free trial and compare it to others on the market. It is one of the cheaper solutions and is very user-friendly. Spend some time going through their WebinarNinja academy to get the most out of the service.

NOTHING. Seriously. Maybe the price but then again, it turned out to not be worth it since it junked out on us at the start of a webinar when we needed them to be reliable.

They failed during our webinar - our biggest webinar we've ever had and cost us THOUSANDS in sales when the video nor audio would work and it took us 25 minutes to find a workaround to get things going - by that time everyone was gone.

The design is nice. They're good at selling the product on their website. Some of the features are good.

They oversell the product. There are a lot of bugs and issues with their software (can’t watch webinars on mobile, can’t upload videos, stats are barely there, syncing with MailChimp barely works, etc). 

Their support staff is good at apologies, but the product is really incomplete and they charged me without giving any warning and then pointed to a no-refund policy mentioned in their terms & conditions. The support team got aggressive when I asked for a refund, and they never helped me there. 

In the end, I got no value out of their product and they scammed me out of $49.

Regarding running automated webinars. Right now you can easily schedule one per day.  In addition to this you can schedule more than one in a day with a simple work-around. However, the good news is this feature is being improved very soon so the work around won't be necessary after the feature release.

**What do you like best about WebinarNinja?**

I like the email templates that are built in so I don't have to worry a ton about integrations with a separate email provider.

I'd love to see more feminine-looking sign-up pages

Webinar ninja lets me do webinars without having to do a lot of tech stuff in the background. It's been great for list building and serving my audience

I like the ability to see statistics, library, integrations, and registrants all in the dashboard. Zapier integration.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

It would be nice if there was a direct integration into pipedrive and/or autopilot.

**Recommendations to others considering WebinarNinja:**

There are many webinar programs, but webinar ninja is constantly making improvements to their features and user experience.  I get emails from the owner with updates on a regular basis. 

**What problems is WebinarNinja solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to be able to share best practices for my clients, and it is great to hold a webinar, and then share the recording for other clients.

So happy for the Infusion Soft connection. The platform is easy to use, automatically records and we can set up replays as well.

**What do you dislike about WebinarNinja?**

We haven't played with Infusion Soft connection yet and we don't use it to its fullest. So really can't answer this one.

**What problems is WebinarNinja solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doing webinars is helping us get more interest. And webinars, more than most mediums, really allows our crazy, kooky personality to show as we teach and provide value.
