# How do you keep WebinarNinja engagement tools like polls and offers from getting overlooked?

We run frequent webinars and it has been helpful having registration pages, automated reminder emails, in-webinar offers, polls, and fast posting of recordings all in one place. The biggest win is saving time by not splitting registration, reminders, and attendee exports across different people, plus getting attendee data to sales sooner for faster follow-up. The downside is some engagement features felt hard to find at first, so we forgot to use them in setup for a few webinars. How do you make sure your team consistently uses polls and timed offers every session?
