Veremark had provided quick and steadfast pre-employment or candidate verification services that significantly reduced our organization’s turnaround time for criminal checks prior onboarding. Their platform and portal has a user-friendly interface and provides guarantee of seamless user experience such as facile or ease with processing transactions with their system. Reports are delivered within agreed SLA and their POC exhibits consistent and prompt communication, demonstrating excellent service delivery and support while efficiently addressing all client concerns. Veremark serves as our third-party verification vendor to conduct background checks specially criminal records verification for employment purposes. It addresses several components that benefits our organization leading to a more facile pre-boarding process namely:

First, Veremark is quick & efficient, per experience they had proven to provide fast results with prompt updates that significantly assists with making faster employment decisions Second, Veremark has a wide reach or global scope. They offer and can cater to background verification and checks for all over the world, which suits our organizational needs catering to our expansion internationally. What do you like best about Veremark?

They are very adabtable to new requirements and until now all new criterias that were asked from our side were implemented on their platform. They are open to feedback to improve their services and their platform, they introduced a lot of changes based on the feedback from us.

The communication with their team is pleasent and they always stay on top of our requests. They also send frequent updates in case a candidate is not responding, it makes our work easier.

At the beginning we used their platform to add new candidates, but now we use their platfrom through an integration, which make it even easier.

We use their platform every day and it's easy to follow up on candidates. We are able to log in through SSO, which makes it really easy to access it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veremark?

At the moment, I couldn't name a thing why I wouldn't recommend Veremark, as whenever we had a new request, they were able to help. Also if any issues arised, they were able to help in a timely manner and we were satisfied with the outcome.

What problems is Veremark solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Veremark mostly to run background checks for new joiners, but also to run regulatory checks and identity verification and even MOM checks in Singapore. We also use their re-screening option, which is really useful, as then we don't have to add the candidate details again and the candidate also can submit their details easier. The problems that Veremak has solved for me is to get a proper third-party verificed on my education certificate and bachelor degree from my home country. I sometimes think Veremark are so innovative they're ahead of the curve for their client's in terms of innovation and features and it can take a while for client's to catch up and actual 'get' what Veremark are trying to do. "Easy to navigate with unreliable results"

What do you like best about Veremark?

Veremark makes it easy to set up and send a background check. They reach out and request costs approval for any additional costs before proceeding Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veremark?

The time it takes to return a background check is far too long. Checks have taken on average 5-6 weeks to close.

If any flags come back for what seems to be a different person, Veremark will tell you "It will be the client's responsibility to review these results using the candidate's identifiers, such as date of birth and address, if available. Some results may only display the name without additional information." So if the result returns only based on a name match, you have to hope you can do additional work to verify if it is truly a match or not.

Their chatbot is wholely unusable and their invoicing is compliacted as it can be listed under a different entity and they've changed bank accounts a couple of times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Prompt Response & Highly Engaged - much better than competitors"

What do you like best about Veremark?

Given that the process we used was a government mandated one, with specific providers empanelled, the overall response from the competition was (horrifyingly) unhelpful & arrogant. Pricing, restrictions & minimum guarantees were a major shocker. Veremark on the other hand was extremely helpful and the team was extremely responsive and professional. "Decent candidate checking service."

Relatively straightforward to set up candidates.

The process for candidates is good (as long as they follow the instructions)

Some of the checks are slow - Driving license in particular.

Referees complain that the automatic chasing for their response is too 'heavy'.
