It has supported us in our M&A operations. We continue to use our valuation methodology, but we complement it with the comprehensive information provided by Valutico and compare the results. Valutico has become a very flexible tool for us in managing the valuation parameters used, very extensive in terms of the transactional information it provides, and very operational when it comes to preparing reports for clients. **What do you dislike about VALUTICO?** It cannot be said that we don't like it, but it must be taken into account that the flexibility of the tool and the number of parameters that can be managed require an adaptation period. That's where we have had the perfect support from Sebastián, our account manager. **What problems is VALUTICO solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't identify any problem ### 3. It also offers a very valuable database providing key information for different industries. Costumer support is fast. **What do you dislike about VALUTICO?** Valutico (as of now) lacks a "last mile" to perform fine tuning of the valuation by including or excluding specific accounting lines to perform more specific valuation adjustments, when necessary. More importantly, in our experience this missing "last mile" would sometimes mean redoing the first parts of the process in excel over again. For this reason we did not end up using the tool as frequently as we expected. **What problems is VALUTICO solving and how is that benefiting you?** They explain that by the end of this year they will include in their platform ways to include / exclude specific accounting lines to "fine tune" valuations. ### 4. Starting from standard market multiples, for example, you can seamlessly add a heap of correction factors, which range from economic considerations (firm size, client/supplier concentration, etc.) to ESG issues. It's also easy to change valuation date, which may be useful in several real-world applications. Finally both the technical support and customer success teams are very responsive. These are some of the reasons why my team and I rely on Valutico quite often. **What do you dislike about VALUTICO?** As of today I find it most useful for looking at multiples. Other features seem less developed to me, although the team is working to improve things like 3-statement financial modeling right now. Also it would be great to be able to upload financial statements and other data in different formats. Valutico also allows you to save a lot of time and obtain a more precise result. **What do you dislike about VALUTICO?** Nothing special at the moment, also considering that is a relative young company. **What problems is VALUTICO solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem that Valutico is solving is that of having a rich database relating to trading and transaction multiples available. The possibility of drawing data from the database allows me to not only save a considerable amount of time in research, but, above all, to have much more precise and reliable data. Furthermore, the evaluation process is structured in such a way as not to lose sight of any of the necessary parameters. ### 6. We then cannot use the transaction but other advisers have been able to find it using their software. **What problems is VALUTICO solving and how is that benefiting you?** The advanced search allows you to really drill down into an industry to find real comparable data. The software also allows you to change the date of the valuations, which automatically updates the mutiples and is very useful for historic valuations. The software also helps to create the report, in your own branding. ### 9.
