Agency prices may be very expensive for small agencies and startups, learning curve may take a long time to know each feature and its usage

UChat can make it easy to manage multiple social platforms in one place called "Omni channel", its automation and AI can make your business grow faster and help you reduce the number of employees to hire and of course the monthly budget you need. Using UChat also makes your support service available 24/7 and reduce the need for real employees to chat with.

**What do you like best about UChat?**

What I like most about UChat is its versatility in creating conversational flows without needing to know how to program. The visual interface is very intuitive, and it allows me to automate everything from customer service to sales processes across multiple channels like WhatsApp, Messenger, or webchat. Additionally, the integration with external APIs greatly expands its possibilities.

**What do you dislike about UChat?**

What I don't like about UChat is that, although it is very powerful, the initial learning curve can be a bit steep if you are not familiar with automation tools. Additionally, some advanced features are not well documented or are only explained in English, which can make it difficult for Spanish-speaking users to fully take advantage of them.

**What problems is UChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems that UChat solves is the automation of customer service and the centralization of messages from multiple channels. This has benefited me by significantly reducing response time, improving user experience, and freeing up human team resources for more strategic tasks. It also facilitates lead generation and customer follow-up in an automated way, which has improved sales results and customer loyalty.

**What do you like best about UChat?**

The flexibility in the channels that they brought in for integrations within chat box was great at the time although a lot has changed with how chat bots are built out now and that same standard doesn't hold true today

**What do you dislike about UChat?**

Their partner program absolutely made no sense and left their partners without much to compete with besides what an independent consultant could do anyways without having to take on the burden of the overhead cost of their partner program. At least from my last review when watching this company from early starting as one of their top tier investors I quickly saw that their direction was confused and misguided by a lack of understanding of general business and thus jumped ship

At the time uchat was a great solution for chat bot builders with a visual builder and integrations across various platforms including Google My Business which was unique at the time

What I liked most about uChat is its simplicity and ease of use. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy for both our team and our customers to navigate.

The features that have had the most impact for us are the AI/Machine Learning capabilities, and Multi-Channel Communication. The AI helps our chatbot learn from past interactions and improve over time, which has led to more effective and personalized customer interactions. The Multi-Channel Communication allows our customers to reach us from wherever they are most comfortable, which has increased overall customer engagement.

The product was incredibly easy to use. We were able to get it up and running quickly, and the learning curve for our team was minimal.

Integration with our existing business processes was also straightforward. The uChat team provided excellent support during this process, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to our operations.

**What do you dislike about UChat?**

They have a mobile app that could use an update, although they've said that they'll be making these improvements in the coming months. Despite this, I can't deny that it's already working quite well as it stands.

I like that I can link UChat chatbots, the best conversational marketing tool, with various marketing automation tools.

In particular, no other chatbot can imitate UChat’s omnichannel chatbot function, which can manage more than 10 channels at once. 

What I like the most these days is the connection with Open AI. UChat also goes well with Dialogflow, which has been integrated for a long time. 

Above all, UChat management's efforts to advance the new trend always raise me expectations.

There are many functions UChat provide, so there is a lot to learn for beginners to approach. However, after the early learning time, I was able to meet a new world.

And I think it would be perfect to add more local channels such as Kakao Talk and Navertalktalk as soon as possible.

It covers my needs for integration with other software. 
All the integrations makes pretty much anything possible. I can send mail via any email client, (SMTP), connect the bots to Google sheets, stripe, or pretty much any other software via Zapier/Pabbly/Make/Integromat.

It is quite a complex system, but that is probably the case of any powerful system with alot of features and automation possibilities. I am happy to see that the uChat team constantly releaseing videos on YouTube. That is helpful!

**What problems is UChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Half-automated customer contact. AI can be used to reply to comments, users can help themselves by uChat serving them answers from our documentation.
* Collect user interest level in planned features before implementation. Collect feedback about the result of a feature I implemented, what should be changed etc.

**What do you like best about UChat?**

Uchat has some really advanced features no other chatbot software have such as:

- The javascript module: Before I had a monster integromat scenario now I can do it all in uchat with the javascript module.

- Function and workflows: They help stay more organized and build much more structured and efficient flows.

- Inbound webhooks: Before, I used integromat/zapier to receive webhooks and update custom fields, but now I just set up an inbound webhook directly in uchat.

- Error log: Best detailed error log I've seen in any chatbot software by far.

- 16 of the biggest chat platforms the ones I like are: Messenger, Instagram dms, SMS, Google My Business chat and Intercom

**What do you dislike about UChat?**

I'm being really picky here, they are working on adding these features in the near future so by the time your reading this they might have already added them.

- No basic landing pages, I don't want anything fancy all I need is a page to link the privacy policy and terms and conditions so that I don't have to send them in a huge long message.

- Inbound webhooks are capped at 500 a day at the moment hopefully there will be a way to pay more in future to up the limit.

- No multiple choice question messages.

Help nightclubs make more money with Messenger, SMS and Instagram DM marketing. Specifically setting up giveaways, bday programs and recurring event notifications.

It integrates with all my tools, while also being able to do what almost all my tools do... i could have saved a lot of money, by just buying Uchat. Also, there's a lot of features, that  i can't even find in other more popular brands.

some of the tutorials have explanations with heavy accents, so sometimes it's not as easy to understand. you have to really be paying attention, so you dont feel overwhelmed.

multichannel marketing and follow ups. it also solving my integration problem between my other services, without having to spend a bunch of money on zapier and similar services. I don't have to do much manual follow ups. the uchat bot turn my strangers to my customers, and also take cares of my customers/visitors.

It is omnichannel and can be integrated with 16 channels. Integrates with WooCommerce and other e-commerce solutions, so you can also sell products. You can create mini-applications with it because it's so powerful.

You can create a bot and deploy it to multiple channels at the same time, and expand the built-in capabilities through integrations with all the major platforms (Zapier, Make, Pabbly). You can even link to external programs via API calls.

Learning curve to master the overall system. It takes some time and you may, sometimes, feel overwhelmed with the amount of non-stopping videos and tutorials that are continuously created

It provides you with the ultimate solution to the challenge of answering to people interested in your business. Its embedded chat platform merges all the conversations you can have with your customer. 
It is an assistant that is always working to provide an immediate reply when you are not available, and allows you to communicate with them in their preferred channel, to further expand on the information that may have been missed. It replaces many of the ticketing platforms or wizards that you can install on your website, and also serves as a messaging/SMS/CRM platform.

**What do you like best about UChat?**

It is convenient for me to be able to connect UChat chatbots, which are the best tool for conversational marketing, with a variety of marketing automation tools.

Specifically, no other chatbot is capable of imitating UChat's omnichannel chatbot function, which is able to manage more than ten channels at the same time.


The connection with Open AI is currently one of the things that I enjoy the most in my life. Additionally, Dialogflow, which has been incorporated into UChat for a considerable amount of time, is a useful addition.

Because the platform is Robust, I need some time to learn the platform.

UChat offers flexible payment plans and from the "simpler" plan it gives access to all the functionalities that the tool can offer, that is something to rescue, since other tools only provide the basics and to have access to more advanced functions, you have to sign up for a "premium" plan.

The learning curve is a bit steep, but necessary to be able to take advantage of the full power of this tool. There is documentation in the Help Center, which could perhaps be improved with more example videos.

It helps a lot to collect information from leads automatically, also allowing integration with other external tools. This contributes to increasing productivity in the lead generation process.

We have researched many different solutions for our marketing strategies, which are high-volume and user-friendly. We couldn't find the right answer after trying various tools and techniques. With UChat we were able to do exactly what we need to do, we will keep using it and further expand our business!

So far we haven't found anything to be disliked about UChat. They provide us with the right tools, tutorials and integrations to have the perfect solution. A live chat to solve problems might be very useful to add.

Finally I found a tool that integrates with Whatsapp CLoud API and get the user answers.
I can automate onboarding to create a hotel booking request on my site and send reminders on checkin and checkout dates with important information about their stay.

So many months looking for software to do this and I saw this before but I finally take the step to use it and loved it.

Saw the tutorials about how to do the things I wanted and the integrations with Pabbly Connect that I have and just make me to go for it, also for recommendations on forums

Had to buy another mobile chip to use in whatsapp cloud api in order to not loose my whatsapp business number. But is not related to Uchat.

I love that this company is showing extreme growth; they are coming out with updates and new features weekly and, in some cases, daily, and all new features are followed with a video explaining how to use them; Uchat is a ROCK STAR software in my book!

So far, I don't dislike anything; they have a great community, and customer service usually responds to me within a 24-hour window with anything I may need, All in all, this companies attention to being the go-to company for chat messaging shows.

Uchat solves the problem of me being able to offer my clients a powerful chatbot solution to be more effective when running campaigns for them with ease. When I don't understand something there are videos that cover just about everything I can think of.

For what I need, right now uChat is the clear winner.

 - Fantastic integrations.
 - Short learning curve.
 - Active Facebook group with good involvement from uChat admins.
 - Plenty of guides and how-to videos.

One area where I feel some improvement could be made would be the analytics. At the moment, it seems limited. Based on recent improvements they've made and the speed with which they update the platform, I'm sure it's just a matter of time before they tackle this one as well
