The flexibility in the channels that they brought in for integrations within chat box was great at the time although a lot has changed with how chat bots are built out now and that same standard doesn't hold true today Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their partner program absolutely made no sense and left their partners without much to compete with besides what an independent consultant could do anyways without having to take on the burden of the overhead cost of their partner program. At least from my last review when watching this company from early starting as one of their top tier investors I quickly saw that their direction was confused and misguided by a lack of understanding of general business and thus jumped ship Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
