It is extremely easy to create the journeys to track the logger and can be done quickly and with few issues. It can be seamlessly integrated into any workflow and doesn't have a high learning curve to learn how to use the product and understand what's going on. Our company uses the products frequently and through all ports of entry worldwide and have never yet to have an issue. **What do you dislike about Tive?** The least helpful thing about the tive loggers is that they have little connectivity in the air. Once up there the readings become more sporadic. **What problems is Tive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tive is solving the issue of exactly where our product is, where has it been and where is it going. This benefits us by removing the fog of where a product has been and allows a seamless answer to customers looking for answers. And with the link the customer can also see for theirselves the same answers as we can. ### 2. They give everyone from the carrier, shipper, receiver, and our customer piece of mind. It allows everyone to properly schedule deliveries and always have visibility. I have 4 repeat trackers weekly that are setup in under 5 mins. Also, our designated account manager is great she is able to take time from her day to ensure our tracking is working as it should and even adjust thresholds for us to ensure more accurate tracking. The actual Tive trackers are fool proof as well one button to start them and they are off tracking. Finally, the ability for us to tie our customers in to give them visibility of our tracking from location, G-force, humidity, temperature to light sensing makes these trackers a game changer - no more check calls needed! **What do you dislike about Tive?** We've had some slight techincal issues with tracking settings but they were quickly addressed by our Tive account manager. Overall there is nothing to dislike. **What problems is Tive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tive allows us to provide tracking internationally from the USA into Mexico. It gives us the ability to provide accurate tracking which in my case the most important is the location and light sensing as it allows us to monitor any possible tampering of our freight. The light sensor allows us to know if our trailers are opened for whatever reason while loaded. It gives our customers and operators piece of mind which saves us time and money. The reduction in check calls allows our operators to be more productive. ### 3. The tracking is mostly live throughout transit. It's a straight forward site, easy to use. The option of being able to export the data and have it sent to multiple emails is a plus. Customer support was really good at helping out with any queries. **What do you dislike about Tive?** The downsides of using Tive is having to create shipments one-by-one, especially if you ship a lot of containers at once like we do. **What problems is Tive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to have temp readings whike the shipment was in transit, before reaching the destination to be able to clear our containers on arrival. Tive was able to provide us with real time data that we could export and distribute to our consignees as well. ### 5. Implementation seemed to be relatively simple. I have not had any issues, but I imagine the customer suppor team to be accomodating for any issues one might see on the platform. The level of detaislt that one can get regarding humidity, the shock factors, the exact locations with pings adjusted how you would like and so on make Tive easy and so much fun to use. I frequently check in on my refrigerated goods shipments to ensure they are at an optimal temperature and humidty level, without Tive, you would have to play it by ear and hope for the best. **What do you dislike about Tive?** The only downside about Tive is it takes some time for the system to accurately generate estimate times of departures once goods are in transit, especially on the road to a port before containers / goods get loaded on a vessel. if the system were able to track and estimate the transit times on each portion of a move more QUICKLY, it would be extremely useful. **What problems is Tive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking and tracing is Tive's bread and butter. Knowing exactly where a shipment is at all times allows for ease of mind knowing freight won't be getting lost or at least it will be tracked down if it does. Along with tracking, the data it presents in the form of temperatures, humidity levels, shock factors, etc allow a shipper to have clear cut evidence and proof of any potential mishaps with freight that can result in damaged goods and claim being filed thereafter. I like to think of Tive as that one piece of software / hardware that has my back when I absolutely need it. ### 6. My experience has been really good so far, there's nothing that comes to my mind that would make me say anything bad about it. The devices work fine, we're getting correct alerts, carriers or the customer aren't complaining. The support is great, I'm always getting a reaaally quick response whenever I need their help. I'd recommend using their service as it is easy to use and easy to impmement. I've been using is daily and cannot complain. **What do you dislike about Tive?** I don't see any, really. I consider them very affordable for the performance. You can set your tracker to monitor the specifics be it gps, humidity, temprature, smoothness of ride and light sensitivity. You can set the devices to ping as often as you'd like and obviously the lower number of pings, the longer the battery life. They can be used air, ground or ocean. It was easy to launch and integrate within our logistics department. Depending on your anticipated usage rates you can get setup with a good annual contract to get cheaper prices per sensor, which is great! Some of the features we enjoy would be- You have full GPS/ Temperature/ Humidity visibility, Depending on the options you toggle for how frequently you'd like to receive updates via email- the battery last for quite a long time (great for long haul shipments), You can setup shipments for ease on finding the exact lane you'd like to dive deep on and generate reports and export the data to better play with within excel or google sheets. Customer service is also fast acting and the team is great when needing to jump on a call to discuss things in detail. **What do you dislike about Tive?** The size of the sensor. If there were a way to decrease the overall size it would be great for smaller packages or to discreetly place inside cases to better understand customer handling of shipments- especially those that are temperature sensitive. **What problems is Tive solving and how is that benefiting you?** TIVE is solving cold chain visibility. They are providing us with solutions to see how our shipments are being handled both by the 3PL drivers and the customers to ensure they remain compliant to company standards. ### 40. After testing many trackers in the market we went with the Tive Solo for all our shipments for the following reasons: - Ease of use. We can give boxes of trackers to all our associates and suppliers, and they do not need any trainings to make it work. Once activated they just work. - Online interface for international tracking multi-modal. Regardless of the mode of transportation (we do a lot of multi modal - truck to boat to train to truck) we have a single platform to track and share status with any clients. - Customer Support. The team answers any questions we have within 2 hours max. I do not think that in 2 years of using them, we've ever had an issue lasting more than a day. It is a great support once the trip is completed to have control and a history of the journey, allowing me to program the data I need and have subsequent support for it to share with the client or, if necessary, verify any alteration and validate any insurance with evidence.
