Integrating with Google Calendar to schedule project catch-ups ensures seamless coordination across our team. **What do you dislike about TimeHero?** We've had some issues with lagging when we tried a very large and complicated project, and there is a fair amount of trial and error in learning how to set things up..but once you are familiar and building smaller projects, it's seamless. More intuitive set-ups, perhaps with more AI input to save time for beginners? The interface is very user friendly, still a bit glitchy, but easy to understand. I started using this everyday to priortize my work, we use to use clickup however our company got rid of it, and I was forced to look for other alternatives. It was easy to set up and a smooth transition to integrate my workload into the platform. **What do you dislike about TimeHero?** As mentioned, a little glitchy, but its a newer platform vibe. Before Timehero, I found it difficult to conclude which task to do first while having several different tasks. TimeHero has tackled this issue by organising a timetable for my day-to-day tasks. I can quickly know what to begin first and finish out of the list. The UI UX is adaptable and allows you to change your deadlines and urgent requirement level and add, delete or move the tasks around the list. **What do you dislike about TimeHero?** TimeHero isn't available for my device now as it was made for an older version of Android. Before Timehero, I found it hard to decide which one to do first when having multiple small tasks. TimeHero has solved this problem for me and setup a structured schedule for my daily tasks. I can immediately know what to start and follow through the list, it's a personal assistant that even personal assistants can use. The UI UX is flexible by letting you change your due dates, priority level and even drop and drag around the tasks if they have been moved to other dates. Plus point, you can link the tasks so that it knows how to remind you at the right sequence. **What do you dislike about TimeHero?** - Siri or Alexa aren't integrated to create tasks, it would be great to assign tasks using your voice for busy managers. - The actual running and layout of the GUI could be improved as it's a little boring as it is, although very clear and easy to see with white background & simple black text. -This is not a big issue but it takes time to learn how to use certain features like integrating calendars at the beginning just like any apps. **What problems is TimeHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** After trying other Google calendar, Trello, I can say this is by far the best tool I have used. It's a great distinctive app with the integration artificial intelligence to help in your everyday work life, and thus might be more efficient than a secretary. For business or self-employed people, this app would be ideal at cutting down costs and can help improve communication on tasks between team members, especially during the quarantine. You can track the team progress with the forecasting tool, which I really life and that's why it's a very efficient app. After using Time hero I feel there's less stress and more work done. Templates can be reused to create new project schedules almost instantly, saves a lot of time recreating from blank new ones. ### 13. It automates your project plans, flows, scheduling etc. it will robustly find time in your calendar and manage your project task according them. It offers free trial to its user. The platform can be supported by all the devices and operating system and their technical support team responses on time. **What do you dislike about TimeHero?** The GUI of software is bit confusing and it will take time to finds option for a person who is using it for the first time. There must be a reset option in the application so the person can reschedule the task on its own sometime application makes some tasks too late. The subtasks are not visible with tasks until you individually check it which is a bad design of GUI. There is no read only option for unpaid clients to just read the documents. **Recommendations to others considering TimeHero:** It provides all the other project management tools and features like time tracking, reporting, analytics etc. it is a suitable tool for small to large projects. I used it for my recent project and it is such an efficient tool to manage your project flows. It provides great collaboration between team members and their leaders. The auto task scheduling algorithm is truly an unbeatable feature that no one else has. I own 3 different businesses, plus a busy personal calendar due to a family with 3 kids, and this is the best software I've found to keep my day organized. **What do you dislike about TimeHero?** They're still fairly new, so some "nice-to-have" features are not there yet, but should hopefully be over the next few months (i.e. basic notepad, dark mode, etc). The only critical feature I need that they don't have is the ability to have multiple "teams" under one account - to keep my 3 businesses separated, but still "together." **What problems is TimeHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Figuring out what tasks to do when - the algorithm schedules them out for me depending on priority and/or due date, so I don't have to spend the time to organize and plan all my tasks. ### 22. It takes some getting used to to force tasks where you want them. Maybe I have too many tasks :( **Recommendations to others considering TimeHero:** Use the priority flags to make sure top tasks stay on your upcoming radar. I prefer the priority flags over setting hard due dates. I only set hard due dates if it is critical and cannot be moved, so the product can be more efficient in auto-scheduling remaining tasks. **What problems is TimeHero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, I was using a project management platform and a personal to-do.
