**What do you like best about Tendenci?**

It allows complete freedom and flexibility to customize and extend the functionality according to each organisation's unique needs.What I like best about Tendenci is how it caters specifically to non-profit organizations and associations. As a member of such an organization, I appreciate the features that help with member management and community involvement, such as online forums and newsletter features. The mobile responsive design is also a plus, as it allows me to access the software on the go.

**What do you dislike about Tendenci?**

While it may be great for larger organizations, I feel like it may be too complex and expensive for smaller organizations or clubs just starting out with their first true AMS online.

**What problems is Tendenci solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tendenci solves the problem of managing a complex, multi-chapter national or international organization while also being able to scale down for smaller organizations. This benefits me by providing a platform that can handle the needs of my non-profit organization while also being mobile responsive and secure. Overall, Tendenci has been a positive experience for me and my organization.
