It provided a centralized platform where organizations could control access to credentials, ensuring that team members had the necessary information to perform their tasks efficiently. Key Features and Functionality: - Secure Password Sharing: Allowed teams to share passwords safely within the organization, ensuring that only authorized personnel had access to specific credentials. - Centralized Password Vault: Offered a unified repository for storing all team logins and sensitive records, simplifying access management. - Multi-Platform Support: Provided native applications for iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, and browser extensions, enabling access across various devices. - Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enhanced security by requiring an additional verification step during login processes. - Integration with Google SSO: Facilitated seamless login experiences by integrating with Google Single Sign-On, reducing the need for multiple passwords. - Activity Logging: Tracked user actions within the platform, offering administrators insights into access patterns and potential security concerns. ### 2. Lifesaver for Juggling Multiple Password Sets

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Osheen J. | Teaching Assistant, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about TeamsID?**

As a freelancer writer who works with various clients and have to constantly switching between different accounts and clients—TeamsID has been an amazing tool for keeping it all straight because very well keep forgetting all the logins and accounts. With just a click, I'm logged in and no more copy/pasting or trying to remember which password variation I used for which client.

**What do you dislike about TeamsID?**

For individual users, the pricing is steep compared to just using google password manager.

**What problems is TeamsID solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamsID is solving my password chaos problem and as someone juggling various freelance clients, I was drowning in login credentials and constantly reusing passwords. The biggest problem TeamsID solved for me is secure credential sharing within various team members of different clients.

  ### 3. Review on Team ID

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pooja R. | Interior Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2022

**What do you like best about TeamsID?**

There are a few things I like best about TeamsID. First, it is a great way to keep track of all my team's passwords and logins in one place. This is really helpful when multiple people need access to the same account. Second, the sharing feature is really handy. I can easily share logins and passwords with other members of my team without having to remember to send them each individually. Lastly, I love the security features. I feel confident that my team's information is safe and secure when it is stored in TeamsID.

**What do you dislike about TeamsID?**

I dislike that it is difficult to find the information I need when I am looking for it. It is also difficult to know where to start when I am trying to figure out how to use the features of the software.

**What problems is TeamsID solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamsID solves the problem of password management by providing a secure, centralized solution for storing and sharing passwords. This benefits users by allowing them to access their passwords from any device or location, and by providing a secure way to share passwords with others.

  ### 7. Easy way to keep team login info organized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alicia M. | Digital Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamsID?**

Rather than having misc. docs with passwords floating around, this is a great way to keep it organized in one spot for everyone.

**What do you dislike about TeamsID?**

The add on for Chrome constantly pops up to ask if I want to save that sites login info to TeamsID even if I have already done it several times. Not super user friendly.

**What problems is TeamsID solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to control exactly who has access to what login information is a huge help and way to protect ourselves when staff leave the team.

  ### 8. Frustrating user experience

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamsID?**

When you have the chrome extension installed, any website for which you have information stored will offer you a drop-down of sorts in the username and password fields, from which you can choose the TeamsID entry you prefer to log in with.

**What do you dislike about TeamsID?**

1. There is no way to see, within either the extension or the app itself, WHICH individuals make up the “marketing” or “hr” teams. So that I end up sharing every new record with everyone individually because our team has grown over the past year and a half and I have no way to see whether they’ve been added to any of these teams. We waste time DAILY running experiments—“Ok, I shared the record with “social media”; do you see it? No? Ok, I’ll share with “marketing.” What about now?”

2. You can’t edit entries from the widget. That wouldn’t be terrible, except that there isn’t even an “Edit in Browser” icon anywhere in the chrome extension, so if an entry needs updating, I have to exit out of the widget, open a new tab, navigate directly to the platform in the browser, and then find the entry all over again that I’d already been looking at in my widget. It’s just not intuitive.

3. You *have* to use the green “copy” button that is HIDDEN until you hover (!!) in order to copy the password or username from the widget into any page login. If you instead just double-click to highlight either field, the widget will ALSO highlight the “copy” button...but since it’s hidden, you know *know* this has happened, so you’ll keep putting in an incorrect password that unbeknownst to you has the word “copy” tagged on to the end. A lot of coworkers have updated passwords for this specific reason, only to find it’s a TeansID UI problem.

4. “Favorites” often does not work. We have an increasingly long list of passwords & I need to be able to narrow down to the ones I use. But sometimes when I toggle “favorites,” the chrome extension shows me the same entire list, and no amount of toggling back and forth will “wake it up,” as it were. I just have to give up and live without favorites until it figures it out again.

**What problems is TeamsID solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re trying to save all organizational passwords and login credentials in one place, so when employees leave, no one takes that info with them, and also so that employees can find passwords on their own without making more work for other employees. The latter is the best thing about the TeamsID concept.

  ### 9. Great Storage Keeper

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2019

**What do you like best about TeamsID?**

I like that you can store a lot of logins and the Chrome Extension is always for quick login access. I think that a lot of companies could use this product as it is very secure (login with Google) and it directly links + you can limit who has access to what logins (users/passwords) based upon the access they have in the company. So they could be a manager or associate level that uses it.

**What do you dislike about TeamsID?**

The design is a little bland. It does not turn me away, but I feel it could be updated and be more present. For what it needs to do though it does the job.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamsID:**

I think they are great, besides the design of the website, that is really all I can think of right off of the bat. I think that overall, TeamsID is a great company and really helps for what we need it for.

**What problems is TeamsID solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storing different software passwords that the company uses as a whole. The benefits is that you do not even have to "see" the password, it can be "copied" and pasted in just astreks form so it makes things very secure for people that might not need to "know" the password to something, but need access to it. I would imagine that having it this way will make it easier for turnover rate as well as once their Google Email/Login is deleted, they no longer have access to the company information.
